They’re disrespectful to their customers. They have tables and if you try to eat food inside/wait a bit, instead of telling you their policy of only being allowed to stay 10 minutes (no signage) they threaten to call the cops on you despite having paid for food. Would give zero stars if possible.

First station where my service dog, an aggressive and threatening station assistant, was refused.Anti-patriot station.Only go there if you have to.

Convenient location—right off exit for 81. Good size women’s restroom—three stalls—one handicapped. Fairly clean, well-lit, plenty of toilet paper and hand soap, high-speed hand dryer.

They really deserve a 0. I asked the lady of there were any 5hr energy drinks, she pointed and I looked in that direction but she wasn’t specific so of course I asked again and then she was more specific letting me know it was in the aisle. Then, I see the other cashier whisper something in her ear. Horrible customer service skills. Like to talk junk under their breath.

Very busy place. Very clean. Very friendly. The ladies working here have always been wonderful. They seem to be smiling but hard to be sure because they were ALL always wearing masks. Thank you, ladies!Very clean restrooms! Thank you, ladies!Great 7-11 coffee... "oh, thank heaven!"!!Decent food, fresh fruit, impressive sausage biscuits. A travel buddy says excellent pizzas, both whole and by the slice. It's become a trusted "on the road" oasis for us. "Thank heaven for This 7-11!"

Wow. The big woman who works here in the morning does not deserve a job in any sense of the word. Maybe if she wore her mask we wouldn't be able to hear her cussing as every customer entered. She's just to fat and lazy to want to earn a paycheck. Management... wake up

I have frequented this 7-11 numerous times primarily when a particular Sales Associate is working. Considering the challenging environment and fast-paced expectations she handles admirably, she is always positive and pleasant. When the line is long and the pace is hectic, she handles the challenge with a smile, and currently is the only one wearing a mask, and her’s has a welcoming happy face. She is exceptional and when others might be complaining, Laura always shows up, and her skill set is exceptional. I congratulate 7-11 for recognizing and hiring personnel such as Laura, for it benefits your total operation more than you’ll ever realize.
