I love going to Vita Zen for my health needs. Brett and his crew are kind, knowledgeable and friendly. And he is always willing to help with special needs, like putting my favorite things on the side for me when I can't get there right away. Even though I've moved to Roanoke, I still go back to Vita Zen. Thank you Brett.

This place is fabulous. They have all products I need but my fave is their yoga program. I am literally a new person. Osteoporosis, herniated discs, arthritis and chair yoga on Thursdays and Fridays is life altering. (Reg yoga also) Join us this summer. Thursdays at 2:00 and Fri at 11 for chair yoga. Call and ask for owner Brett with any questions. I can move again!

The employee I spoke with is so knowledgeable on these products, he was able to answer any question I had and pointed me in the right direction. I could choose to purchase these projects online but I refuse because I love going to the store! I’m a forever customer.

I have been shopping and stretching here for nine years, and it’s always good. Incredible knowledgeable staff in the store and in the studio. I refer clients here to improve their health and most continue on Thier own with preventative stretching and a great sense of well being. We are lucky to have this in our community!
