Over priced, employee followed me and my son throughout the store trying to sell or up-sale us. We each got a small milkshake and they had ground up ice in them with very little milk for $8.99 each! Better off going to Homestead Creamery to get a much, much better shake. Not impressed at all.

Very disappointed with this store. My parents have been shopping there for quite sometime and have spent A LOT of money. My dad bought my mom a necklace that he spent quite a bit on and it turned when my mom wore it and then stained her sweater. My dad brought it back and showed them sweater and they refused to refund him the money! They will NEVER go back and we will all be sure to make sure people know what happened and the service he received.! You are apparently selling cheap jewelry and charging outrageous prices and then refusing to refund when it turns. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

This store is not wheelchair accessible. There supposed handicapped entrance is 3/4 of the way around the building through thick gravel that is not wheelchair friendly. I gave up and left. They should do better

Educational tour. Jay was great, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to listen to. The farm had 3 babies, sooooo cute! I was hesitant about a 90 minute tour, just wanted to see and pet these adorable looking animals. It was hot, it rained, and we were the only ones there for the tour. However the time flew by, the information was fascinating, watching /feeding the animals was delightful and it’s an experience will certainly tell everyone I know about. I would visit again.

Great little store. Good selection of alpaca-hair products. Prices are as to be expected for a rare fur. Very knowledgeable owner who owns a nearby alpaca farm (highly recommended as well).

Love the beautiful and soft garments. The hats and gloves are second to none. Once you snuggle with alpaca warmth, you never go back to synthetic. Ever!

This store along with the Alpacas farm (Smith Mountain Lake Farm) both are running by a nice couple (Robbin & Jay). Very good quality products especially Alpaca pillows. Make sure to see Alpacas at the farm if tours are available.
