“I went in to get a simple passport renewal but came to find out I had to reapply which needs an appointment. Tracy helped me at this branch and she was fantastic. Even though I needed an appointment she helped me anyway and I was very grateful for her help and her wonderful personality. We need more Tracy's working at post offices around the country.”

Easily accessible with plenty of parking when not extremely busy times. P. O. boxes to rent. Very helpful staff just ask and they will help with any shipping needs. Great service.”
“The woman behind the counter this afternoon was very kind and helpful to me and to others. Although she was working by herself and it was busy there, she still remained patient and attentive to the customers. She even double-checked to make sure the address was correct, since my handwriting was not as clear as it could have been. I’m very grateful for her making my brief trip to the post office easy. I’m also grateful that this location is open until 6PM, which makes it easier to get there before it closes, compared to several other post offices in the area that close earlier.”

“Although my express 1-day delivery did not reach its intended destination by the guaranteed date, this office was so helpful because they rerouted the delivery driver to the destination of my package the following morning. How did they do that? They read THIS MESSAGE, THIS MORNING and helped get my urgent package delivered by 8:30. They are love notes for my girlfriend who is flying out this morning! I wanted her to be able to open them each day while she was away. I sent them all together on Wednesday via express 1-day guaranteed but they did not arrive yesterday ? Alas someone reads this and directs the delivery driver to the destination by 8:30!! Thank you so much.

“We need to thank our Federal employees, many of them are veterans.My dad was a postal clerk in Hot Springs VA then postmaster in Warm Springs VA many years ago.Postal workers have a tough job trying to get the mail to us in a timely fashion. Their routes are timed and they're accountable for taking too long.You think your job is demanding - they really have a lot of pressure to get things done!”
“Was just told by USPS customer service that a pallet arrived on Sunday and it’s just sitting there not processed. Meanwhile I’ve been getting mail daily and this was supposed to arrive already. FIRE DEJOY. I don’t what you guys are doing, letting packages sit for over a week is crazy. I was told a LOT of packages besides mine are just sitting too.Spoke with a guy who works there and he was very nice. Looked for my package and didn’t see it. Explained all the possibilities of what may have happened. I don’t have my package and I’m not happy about it at all. Unsure if Amazon or USPS are to blame.”

“My favorite post office. I refuse to mail from the Moneta post office since my mail takes so long to arrive or gets lost. I prefer to drive to this post office. I've never had a problem getting with my mail being delivered in a timely manner or lost from this post office. Lady who works there is outstanding.”
