Kathryn has provided the absolute best experience in buying a home that I could have ever imagined! We reached out to a handful of banks and lenders and From the very second we met she took control of the financial portion of our process. When others couldn’t find us a solution or wanted too much upfront to make magic happen, She worked early, late and all day in between making sure our questions were answered and that every bit of information and each step of the process made sense to us. She analyzed our situation and made recommendations based on our needs and found us a program that gave us the ability to get our home! She truly listened to us and guided us every step of the way. Kathryn is a complete professional who helped us at each stage of the mortgage process. Her ability to effectively communicate between us, the mortgage processor, and the underwriter made certain that our application went through quickly and with no surprises! If you are looking to refinance your mortgage, Kathryn Polk is the best!! She is totally organized and professional in every way. Throughout the process I was kept informed about everything that I needed to do. When it came to communication, Kathryn was always there by phone, text or email!
