“They took us in when no one else wanted to work on our old RV on a 1997 Ford E350 cab n chassis. Explained everything wrong and what could go wrong in the future. And the history of these engines. I got a great lesson. Apparently many mechanics don't want to work with these old Ford Tritons because of its many issues. just when I thought he would send me on my way to limp back home they fixed it. Done in less than 2 hours and I got to watch up close what they were doing. If I lived even 100 miles away I would go here in a second. One of the best family run father and son mechanics out there.”

“The mechanic Alex is knowledgeable professional and very friendly. Unlike a lot of automotive services the price you were quoted is the price you pay and they do not try to upsell you on services you do not need. One time last winter I had my vehicle in for general maintenance when I arrived to pick it up Alex went started my vehicle turn the heat on and even turned on my heated seat for me so it would be extra warm when I got in. That is excellent customer service. I do not allow anybody but Alex to work on my vehicles. I highly recommend North Park automotive.”

We had some body work done at Ferber’s Auto Body, and while the final cost ended up being over $200 more than the original estimate, there had been no communication or approval beforehand. When we went to pick up the car and brought this up with Brad, he immediately acknowledged the oversight and agreed that we should have been contacted before the work was completed. Without any hassle, he made it right and honored the original estimate.
Mistakes can happen anywhere, but how a business responds says everything — and Ferber’s handled it professionally and fairly. We’ve had nothing but positive experiences here, and I’ll definitely continue to bring them my business. Highly recommend for both the quality of work and the integrity behind it.”

“There's only one place I'll take my vehicles to for a basic oil change or repair and that's Old Church tire & Service. Mark and this team are fair and honest.
My check engine light came on. I ask them to check it out and give the vehicle a general tune-up inspection. I was going to be out of town for a week so I just dropped it off and ask them to get to when they could. They found the problem and fixed it. I don't know a lot about cars but I know when I'm getting screwed. That's not something I have to worry about with these guys. The fixed the problem. I asked if there was any issues with my brakes or belts, etc. and they said there weren't any. My rear brakes were fine and my front brakes weren't worrisome enough yet. That's honest. Another place could've told me all sorts of stuff.
My bill was lower than expected and one I don't mind paying. I've been a customer for three years. No reason to go anywhere else.”
