Amazing! Jesse took great care of me when I purchased a car for my son’s graduation. The process was seamless. This is my second vehicle purchase from this location. The customer service is always top tier and the environment is clean and inviting. My first purchase was a brand new clock SUV and the second was a genesis. I said this to say they have a wide variety to choose from! Go see Jesse for all of your car needs! You won’t be disappointed.

I set up a “wait” appointment online and waited two weeks for the appt. My son had to take the car but had to run a work errand while it was being worked on. When he returned more than 4 hours later it hadn’t even been started and he was told it was his fault. I called to reach someone and had to leave messages. The return message I got was also that it was his fault for leaving the dealership. I’ve never dealt with a sadder excuse for a Volvo dealership than this. Just shows me that I’ll have him drive from Williamsburg to northern va to continue service as that would be faster than waiting there. Ridiculous that you can’t see what appt was made and abide what you set up online. Doesn’t matter where he went if we made the wait appt. Him sitting in the waiting room or running an errand is completely irrelevant. Poor poor poor service

This location has an awesome staff and an amazing parts department they not only help me out of a serious situation where I needing a wheel lock key to get a tire off my car. But they also gave me a ride to the tire shop where my car had been towed to. Thank you to this awesome team

I've been driving Volvos for 2 decades. Stayed with my XC70 until I saw the new C40s. I swore I would never buy an electric vehicle. And I didn't - I decided to lease one, another thing I swore I would not do. The salesman, Bobby, was patient and fairly knowledgeable - he was cautious about making big promises regarding mileage, time to charge, etc. I've had the car 2 months and am very pleased. It drives beautifully, handles well, and has a nice simple interior. This is our around town car and the Infiniti Q50 does the longer trips. I felt I got a good deal with the 2 year lease. Hear are my thoughts on some negative points about the C40 made by professional reviewers:- Back window - It is small, but the large side mirrors make up for it. So I cannot see, through the back window, the top of a truck that is 500 feet behind me. So what.- Space in the rear - the xc40 has more space. But the extra height made the car feel a little unsteady to me, and louder.- Time to learn 1-foot pedal driving - Once you drive for an hour - you got it and you won't go back to using the brake. - Time to charge - I charge at a public place (Wawa Evgo) - 35 minutes to go from 20% to 80%. I spend 15 minutes wasting gas in line at Costco.- Low mileage range - temperature, type of driving, and speed all impact mileage. Do not believe any of the automaker's mileage claims - yours will be different. It will be less.

I purchased a certified Volvo from Wynne. I was looking for a very specific car, and they happened to have it. The thing that made my situation unique was that I live 4.5 hours away. I worked with Sara Lamb. She made the entire process very easy. Her communication and follow up was excellent. I drove down with my trade and we finalized the deal. Sara did a very thorough product demonstration. Which was very helpful. I highly recommend Wynne and Sara Lamb for your next Volvo purchase. Excellent customer service!

I have been wanting a Volvo since I was 16! Today, I bought a fully loaded Volvo XC60 at a magnificent price point! Bobby was super informative! He gave me Volvos history, safety standards, showed me how to use all of the cars functionality including the app that lets you control your car from your hand! If I’m ever in the market for a car again, I’ll make sure to come here! You should too!

I was shopping nationwide for a very specific pre-owned XC-90 and thought I had found it at Wynne. And although I ended up finding a better match somewhere else, I wanted to praise Bob and and John at Wynne for their superior service.Bob FaceTimed me from the vehicle and showed me all around it and answered all of my questions. Both Bob and John were prompt and pressure-free in answering my questions about the pricing and financing.I ended up finding the exact car I wanted in Colorado, but to be honest, I almost went with Wynne Volvo just b/c Bob and John were the easiest of the multiple dealerships I spoke with.Thanks for everything and sorry I couldn't become a Wynne customer.
