Wish I could give zero stars.After standing in line for 20 minutes they refused to deposit a check into MY account with MY name on it because the buyers name was also on the check with his endorsement as well. Why would I have a joint account with a random person? The purpose of endorsements is for permission so why would I need to jump through hoops to deposit a check with my name on it? Comical. You'd think a financial institiution would know that but I digress. You're teller didn't say a word and then the manager steps in and refuses to do the deposit when its almost complete already. Absolutely mediocre business. It's bad when you have to call the credit union that issued the check and they laugh at Wells Fargo as a business but it fits because you're a joke. Wells Fargo is on a lost of banks that do nothing but cause issues with other institutions. At least the credit union that I DONT even bank with was able to assist me in a professional manner. Wells Fargo wonders why their customers keep leaving. Search within and answers you will find. Do better but I'm leaving anyway so it won't matter much.

The bank is very beautiful and clean inside, well staffed, and everybody is very pleasant and professional. Mary, who is extremely personable, bright, and informative, helped me select a checking account which best reflects my personal financial needs and desires. I'm well satisfied with my decision to bank here.

They were helpful and friendly. They are now charging for a service we used to get for free, which was annoying, but it wasn't that location's fault

Extremely unprofessional and rude. The BANK MANAGER was not accommodating. I came into the branch on a Saturday morning about 3 weeks ago, no appointment. While at the branch I spoke a representative, she walked me through the process of scheduling an appointment. I was very clear in the business that I needed to handle. Two transactions. I followed the prompts, made an appointment and left a note explaining the two transactions needed. Today I get call from branch manager stating they have been trying to contact me since August 23rd to tell me I needed to reschedule/cancel. Due to my profession, I am not able to have my phone. But since August 23rd they had enough time to figure out scheduling to be able to accommodate the customers. She was not able to accommodate me because they had an 11am. They close at 12. I personally feel as though I have followed the rules and been accommodating to the company. I don’t live in the area anymore and specifically scheduled this appointment when I was in town because we needed two signatures. So I have to come back when solution from the start was to schedule two appointments.The kicker for me was during the call the BM was rude and snarky. Using statements like “that’s perfectly fine” , “I need to reschedule”, “we close at 12”all with a very snarky tone. I hate that this was the representation for WF today. I’ve been banking with this company for years and today I was met extremely rude and lack luster customer service from executive management. I made not that was calling corporate then she wanted to back track. No ma’am. Do better the first time.

Overall total satisfaction with Marketplace locality. So grateful to find a bank with great leadership of the Bank Management Ms. Hamiel. Professional, ethical, and down home. Truly one of the best managed banks in town. Went above with calls and finding participating locations for my schedule and needs and so much more, Impeccable service. God bless us all.

I have been going to wellsfargo since I was 12 years old. After today I might go to another bank. My husband and I had an appointment at this branch, which is not our usual branch to set up a new account. We were 15 minutes early and not a single banker was there so we left for gas. We come back and unfortunately we're 10 minutes late. Our banker for our appointment is helping another guest so we wait which is fine. She comes up and tells us that she's helping another guest and we can come back at 330 which is N hour and a half layer or come back another day. She tells me we'd be here about an hour setting everything up. So we left because quite frankly I don't understand how you have us booked for an hour long appointment and after 7 minutes you suddenly don't have time for us. We came to this branch for this specific banker and she wasted an hour travel Time and gas. Waste of my time. Honestly we're never coming here again and we might stop with wellsfargo altogether if this is how they treat out time and money.
