Was sent here on an Uber order after another Walgreens refused to help me locate some items. This store was the polar opposite of that one (I left a review, it’s one that is very close by). The employees did not call me rude for politely asking for help locating some items, and helped me locate them. Thank you Walgreens on mercury. Excellent store, excellent employees excellent customer service.

Do not come here to get your prescriptions filled. They will give you the wrong information just so they won't have to fill your prescription. They always have issues ?. They close at 6pm and you can be in line 5 minutes b4 they close to apologize for medicine that should have been filled at noon. You can drive 10 minutes down the road to another Walgreens and get your prescription filled within 20 minutes.

I can’t say enough about the customer service I received at this store. I have dealt with four different Walgreens in the last 24 hours trying to get a photo order completed, and the first three were unable to complete the order. Communication with their personnel was very inconsistent. In contrast, both Peggy and Pam picked up the phone promptly, were warm, polite and knowledgeable, and assured me they had the equipment needed to finish the project. Not only that, they had the project completed in less than 30 minutes! Five stars for efficient, polite and professional customer service!

I haven't had the occasion to write a bad review in a very long time. Now I must. I have been using this Walgreens location since we moved here a year ago. They have been ok. On one occasion recently the tech on the phone was rude but I let it go. Three weeks later, I had my annual physical and was told my prescriptions for refill would be sent. My 19 year old niece died instantly in a car crash and we were gone for two weeks. When I returned and checked my email and went online, two of my 4 prescriptions had not been filled. I had one pill left and the side effects of missing are severe. I work, my husband picked up the prescription at the doctor's office at 8:30 am. He dropped it off at Walgreens at 9:30 am and explained the situation. They said they were backed up so it would be a couple of hours before it would be filled. I arrived at 5 pm (they close at 6 pm) and was informed that it wouldn't be ready until 11:30 the next day. I explained my situation to the tech and she said, "Then take it somewhere else." I asked to speak to the pharmacist. The pharmacist came over and I explained my situation. She said, "I can't safely fill this." I said, "You know the side effects if I miss a dose." She repeated "I can't safely fill this" and walked away. I then asked the tech if the Walgreens a few miles away might fill it. I asked if they could transfer the script and she said "they" could upload it. I asked if they could make sure they could fill it. She said, "Call them." I asked for the number and she said, "You can google it as easily as I can." I googled it, called but couldn't get through. There were no other customers. The two techs were making phone calls to customers to see if they would like their prescriptions refilled automatically. When the tech I had been talking to finally got off the phone, I asked, " Can you help me?" She replied, "I already did." Shocked, I replied, "Will you transfer the script?" She sharply replied, "I told you "they" can upload it." I said, "Can I speak to a manager?" She replied, "You already did." I leaned over and said to the pharmacist, "This is really not right." She didn't respond to me. She picked up the phone and said threateningly "We need a manager back here." I walked away in tears and heard them laughing and saying, "She was upset hahaha" The store manager saw me and was nice, but said he had no control over them. I drove to the Walgreens at 919 Mercury in tears. I stood in a long line . When it was my turn, the tech graciously said, "Of course, we'll have it ready in 15 minutes." And they did. I asked her what the term "I can't safely fill this prescription" means, and she said, "I've never heard that expression." The Walgreens Pharmacy at Big Bethel should be closed. I have never been mocked and so badly treated in my 67 years.

I understand that businesses are still short staffed, but this pharmacy sucks. Depending on whom you speak with, you get a different answer. Trying to get prescriptions here is starting to be a headache. I am looking into changing pharmacies. I shouldn't have to wait weeks to get a medication that they know I get filled monthly. What is really going on?

Zero stars! Went in for passport photo, advertised ready in minutes. Stand in the empty store for nearly 5 minutes before an employee comes out. Takes my picture and tells me it will be ready on an hour. (Minutes indeed…60+ of them) I come back an hour later and wait at the counter nearly ten minutes while the employee at the front (with no customers) ignores me. Finally another employee comes out from the back and I get out of there. Never setting foot in this store again.

First I arrive after I’m toId my prescription would be ready for pick up on Sunday between 12 and 1600. I pull up in the drive through as the second car and wait 23 mins. before moving to the window. Then I’m told the medication isn’t in and they have a truck coming in tomorrow and it may be on that. Then someone tells the cashier they have it but they are going on lunch and they will text me when it’s ready. I return after receiving a text 2 hrs later. I again arrive to the drive through and again I’m the second car. I wait for 28 mins this time with cars backing up in the drive through. Not sure why they are soooo slooow but they have got to do better. I changed my prescription to Walgreen from Walmart think I’d get better service… boy was I WRONG. It’s just this Walgreens in Hampton at 3326 W Mercury Blvd. I have been to the Walgreen on Todds Ln and Jefferson Ave many times and they are fast, friendly and professional. I think I’ll travel the extra 5 miles to go to the better Walgreens. They really need to look at there Management team and Pharmacy Staff and make some adjustment.

If I can give no stars, then I would. This pharmacy staff is by far the definition of worse customer service ever. Never would you expect pharmacy staff to lack friendliness or communication. What a disappointment, and if you see a young, slender - brown hair female with glasses on, just leave. She is quite rude and lacks compassion. If you don't like your job then work in another sector best fit for you tolerance.

Unbelievably unprofessional, unethical and likely criminal behavior and tactics by the pharmacy staff (on occasion) I've noticed drastic price fluctuations on prescription meds before when 2 or 3 particular pharmacist and staff were working. Yesterday I decided I had enough when they charged me $100 more than usual for my monthly medication. The pharmacist basically shook me down. A tax on recovering addicts and their maintenance medications? The State Board and the DEA can decide.

I was having a hard time getting my prescription as all CVS’ have ran out of antibiotics apparently. I called this pharmacy in hopes to have my prescription sent here and a young gentleman Dalton answered and helped me get my prescription sent over and signed me up for text messages so I knew when to stop by. He was wonderful! When I arrived at the pharmacy, my prescription’s price must have been astronomical because the gentleman gasped and quickly asked, do you have insurance? I handed him my insurance card and in seconds he gave me a total of $6 and some change. He didn’t once mention the insanely high price it was, instead looked for a solution for me! He was polite, efficient, and an overall pleasure! I highly recommend this pharmacy!! They know what they are doing!

I don't know what the deal with the pharmacy at this Walgreens is, but after years of messing up prescriptions, calling before they are ready, LOSING THEM in the pharmacy itself somehow, and generally screwing up (and telling me to call my mom's doctor to fix the mistake the pharmacy made), they still top themselves. Now they signed my mom up without consent for some kind of prescription program "to help" that fills her medicines as 18 day supplies instead of the 90 she usually would get.Save yourself a lot of time and go to literally any pharmacy besides this one.
