I bring my cards in and upload my insurance into the app constantly but every single time I go to refill and rx they say I do not have insurance. This is affecting my health and my son’s health. It’s not fair to be so incompetent. Please hire better pharmacists and provide these people with proper training.

Every single time I’ve dealt with this Walgreens I get the run around!!! The pharmacy is Rude and unprofessional I’d advise against having prescriptions sent here. 3 months in a row calling for my refills and they claim it would be ready within a hour only to get there and they claim they are out of stock! Seems they charge the insurance company when you call for the refill but drag you along to fill it. I will be contacting my insurance company and double checking what they have done. Did I mention they say one thing one the phone then something else in person! This one must be on the list to close and they should. Worst one ever! Taking my business elsewhere

Typically the wait is unbelievably long; however yesterday the ladies were great. Brie had me out in under 30 minutes with 4 scripts.

The pharmacy staff is incredibly lazy and slow! They are rude and obnoxious! They will mumble loudly rude comments towards customers “ if people keep complaining about how long it’s taking I’m not filling their prescriptions” and then refuse to give your six year old her pneumonia meds when you complain. When you have 7 cars outside and a line stretching from the pharmacy to the photo center you have an obvious employee problem and not an everyone wanted their medicine at once problem! If you can’t handle the job you shouldn’t have it! Period! Stop acting entitled because you are in control of the medicine people need to live! Classic power and control move. Will not be coming here again and will make sure the Langley medical center stops sending patients to this location and hopefully have it added to a the ban list. Again do not go to this location!

Unattended to phone calls for over an hour, my wife needed her medication before the next day before 10, so we called the night before only to wait for an hour for no one to pick up. I call the pharmacy this morning to check on the status of prescription right at 9 and some way some how they can't answer the phone and apparently their are 3 or more people in front of me.

You know, I can understand being short staffed. I can understand that working with the public is not always easy. I can even understand people having an off day. But what I refuse to understand is how a pharmacy team can be slower than molasses. It’s ridiculous that I am the only person in line and I wait 25 + minutes to get a prescription. You always see 2-3 people behind the counter putting away medicine or doing other tasks while you’re waiting with nobody else in line. And they just look at you like you’re crazy. And don’t get me started on the level of unprofessionalism with the pharmacist! What ever happened to privacy! I listened while she answered phone calls on speaker talking about people’s sensitive and personal information where everyone can hear. And if that wasn’t bad enough she put the poor elderly woman on hold just to complain that she couldn’t hear her (very loudly) it’s utter nonsense, rude, and highly inappropriate. Do better Walgreens.

They don’t deserve any stars. They are rude and unprofessional. I pulled up to and sat at the window for 25 minutes and watched four staff members walk away and the one person that didn’t walk away was on their phone. I missed picking the prescription up last night due to missing the hours and when I showed up today, I was told my medicine wasn’t even ready and I’d get a text. This place is a literal joke and everyone who works there needs to be fired and never hired anywhere in a customer service based field of work.

This Walgreens is by far the worst pharmacy in the United States. They are unprofessional, inconsiderate and insensitive. I am a black man and i rarely call anyone ghetto, but they are the definition of ratchet and disrespectful. Please, I implore you to go to another Walgreens for your pharmaceutical needs. I feel its unfair to even give a star on the rating but only because if i dont this message will not get posted. Thank u

This pharmacy is the worst I have ever visited, there is always a long line, the staff is very despotic. After a period of 4 hours waiting for my prescription, they tell me that they do not have the medicine. I never received a notification from them and it is not the first time that happens.

Cash register is never open, they make you pay at photo center and line is always ten people long. Prescriptions never ready on time. Staff is awesome but clearly understaffed and they don't seem to be hiring anyone new, just overworking current staff to death.

The pharmacy is crazy slow. I get being short staffed or busy. But waiting for almost an hour and then being told to either loop back around to the back of the line or wait inside is a bit ridiculous. For ONE medication.
