This is by far the worst Walgreens I have ever been in. I made a purchase and realized while I was at the counter, and the purchase was complete that an item rang up at the wrong price. I asked the cashier to please do a price adjustment the lead cashier did not know how to calculate a percentage off and how to do a refund. The manager Kris came over and was rude and nasty. He told me I could not bring something back to get a lower price because it is on sale now and it was not when I purchased it. I told him I just purchased it I felt embarrassed. I was very upset for the long wait and I decided to go ahead and return everything and not return to the store, their managers customer service was absolutely horrible. The store and the employees seem very disorganized. Will not return.

I went there to print out some photos and I payed for same day pink up. It told me my photos would be ready in 20 mins.it took a day for 4 pictures.

This is quite literally the worst pharmacy that I have ever been to outside of the excepted hour wait times that the normal customer has become accustomed to this time that I went to refill a prescription that is typically auto filled. I pull up yesterday. They told me that they don't have my prescription. OK cool it took four hours for them to fill it, and then they fill it for vitamin D, and not the actual medication I need to save my life. I have an auto immune disorder and the reaction when my medication is not taken, can be severe to be inconvenienced twice on top of already routinely receiving terrible service is is what most upsetting however, the disregard to my personal situation. The amount of gas I have time I'm able to get off from work and schedule an hour to sit in the line for prescriptions put the cherry on top when we're talking about peoples livelihood I think it should be taken a little more serious.

Decent place to get your basic needs. Things are pricier than bigger places such as Walmart. Took about 30 minutes to get medicine since they did not have that many people working the pharmacy.

Do not get your prescription sent here, the wait here is utterly ridiculous inside and out. Short-staffed is definitely a understatement.

Set my appointment for 9:40 to get vaccines. It's 11:10 and I'm told I have to wait longer because other people walked in after me. I understand being short staffed but making people wait 1.5 HOURS for a vaccine is ridiculous. Something needs to be done.

I went to Walgreens to pick up my blood pressure medication. When I arrived the stated that they have a new procedure and my medication would be ready tomorrow. I explained to the person at the window My doctor stated if I didn't get this medication today I will be forced to go to the emergency department. He again stated it was nothing he could do. I left and had to report to the ER. I spent 6 hours in the ER getting a whole work up in order to get my medicine. The next day I called at 11am to ask if my medicine had arrived and the lady that answered the phone stated that it was there and once they process it in I would get the notification on my phone. I asked her if she could just make sure it was there and I would wait if not I would have my doctor use another pharmacy. The lady stated she would check the manifest. When she came back to the phone she stated that my name was not up there, she then stated she pulled my prescription and now she can fill it. Please tell me why they couldn't do this yesterday????????

I understand that businesses are still short staffed, but this pharmacy sucks. Depending on whom you speak with, you get a different answer. Trying to get prescriptions here is starting to be a headache. I am looking into changing pharmacies. I shouldn't have to wait weeks to get a medication that they know I get filled monthly. What is really going on?

I've been in drive thru for 30min(at window) watching the tech assist a customer never acknowledged the drive thru I press the call button never responds just turn it off and started helping another customer.... Finally comes to the window and tells me she has nothing for me then says what was it for lmao The hat do you have the prescription or not going forward she has it they just didn't check the computer for the prescriptions that had been sent in by the doc this is by far the worst place in they say don't say never but I mean NEVER will I ever send a prescription here again....btw it was a young lady walking back and forth never saying anything even came to the window to use the stapler had to come back and add after all of that she says come back in a hr WHAT!! I don't feel good donkey she then says if insurance isn't connected to the prescription they won't fill ok so did you have it or you didn't smh girl I have strep throat it's $10 Wth forget insurance I'll get it if I have insurance or not so now I have to go back ugh......the whole experience was 58min

This the worst pharmacy I have ever used in my life. The drive through takes minimum 30 minutes even when only 1-2 cars are ahead of you. Some of the employees are helpful but others provide zero customer service and do not hide the fact that they do not care about you. At all. More than once I've gotten a text that a prescription is ready, only to wait in line for eternity and then find out it is not ready. No apology, no explanation. The management of this store really needs to do better. Do whatever you can to avoid this place.

Zero stars. This place is awful. I got there right at 6 on Saturday and they had shut it down. I explained I had to have my prescription medication for my 1200 mile drive to TEXAS, and they did not care one bit. Avoid at all costs.

I'm glad they had the Advil and ice packs. Never a dull moment. This is a pretty busy store. Based upon that, I wasn't able to find all items. The lines were long, but to the employees credit, they gave all they had. All were friendly, and there's a pharmacy here too. They were out of the generic Zyrtec, so I got the brand name for more.Things like that can be frustrating. It's not the end of the world, but right now inflation isn't fun. Having the generic would have been far less. Yet I also shouldn't have forgotten it, especially as the area kicks my allergies up. This store is decent enough, and glad it is here. That alone is helpful to community members and visitors alike.

Stopped by to get a few things on 7/6/21 around 8:30 pm. This was my first visit. The store was clean and organized for the most part. I noticed that a lot of things were locked up in the soap, detergent, & ethnic hair care aisle. That's very annoying! I was able to quickly find my things and proceed to the check out. The cashier was NOT very friendly, but she did her job. Maybe she had a rude customer right before me. I don't know. If I'm ever in the area again, I will be back. It wasn't the worst experience I've ever had.
