Was quite surprised how one length from the fitting ends up 2 inches shorter in the end. There isn't even enough left to fix. The service was rendered, need the dress. Paid. Stay away.

Ulie and Walter literally saved the day! My daughter lost some weight and found her prom dress was to big the night before. Ulie had to hand sew the dress as it was beaded and It turned out perfect!! You would’ve never know it was hand stitched and it was ready by 3:00. Thanks to Ulie my daughter felt beautiful and prom was a huge success!

Horrible service and attitude. The lady with the shortened bob was So disrespectful to me and my friends, the nicer woman came up and apologized. Their also ridiculous with their prices, but their right next to the base so they don't care. We won't be coming back.

I come here from Newport News all the time for anything I need sewn on or altered, so I’m surprised to be making a review like this. Dropped off my uniform Friday for a sew on and dry cleaning and they did not dry clean my uniform I have a chocolate stain still on it as well as glitter from when I last I had it on.

Fix winter jacket zipper. Cost quoted as $70! Said buy a new jacket! Jacket is a Army/Navy winter jacket that the main zipper snagged. I brought the jacket to the business location for examination.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE OWNER ULIE! While inquiring about the prices of having work done on an item, the owner told me that if I don't like the prices, then go somewhere else, and then she hung up on me!Behavior like this can not continue to go unchecked. Just because you own the establishment, it doesn't give you the right to be rude, nasty, and disrespectful to your customers.
