“Recently,my pup Grayson (hx of fxd vertebrae in lumbar region was temporarily paralyzed x2wks. She and her team worked with him and he recovered.Grayson has caudal equina (urine incontinent) he wears a male diaper.) He in excitement before I could catch him jumped off the bed,belly flopping on a hardwood floor. From that point I had to have him seen, however he became much worse. When we returned he was x-rayed,blood work, catherized and an IV. He was treated by Dr Bev who called every night from home to update his situation. When he was given food( he'd stopped, eating drinking and urinating) the staff fed him by hand with a syringe. Grayson's situation looked bleak however Dr Bev worked tirelessly to help my boy recover. He came home on 2 meds but my boy is able to play,walk get his tummy rubbed and I have to give the human credit to Dr Bev & her staff. She & Dr Mike ( Silkey) are the best.I have known Dr BevSilkey&DrMike for over 10 yrs. I love her so much and she is one of the most dedicated ppl she's been a rock when my pup was hurt and I don't know what I would do without either one of them.Theyre the best...and their staff! This vet clinic never closed during the pandemic.ppl had to call ahead,wait in vehicle and a tech would come to the vehicle to get info,then take pet in for treatment. Many a day Dr Bev has worked through lunch and quitting time is 5 pm but she's stayed until the pets were cared for. The clinic doesn't have set appointments just call ahead and let them know the issues.”
“The hospital staff are so so nice! I expect offices like this to send appointment reminders/confirm appointments ahead of time - but they literally called me the day after my cat Charlie’s dental cleaning (which involved anesthesia) to make sure my cat was still doing okay. The vets are so willing to answer questions/give realistic suggestions for care. The office staff are great about synchronizing appointments for multiple pets. They’re also very good at managing dogs, cats, and other friends simultaneously in the waiting area and diverting them to treatment rooms as needed. The health insurance plans are not cheap by any means (they stack up!), but for our family it’s been worth it.”

“Im from out of town and my pup needed his glands expressed, they were able to squeeze him in for today. What a great experience from setting up the appointment to my pup getting service. Staff was great & super friendly with my Winston, other fur babies waiting room and getting checked. Last the price for the service was very affordable and they now offer military discount.”
“They are very genuine and truly care about each and everyone one of these animals. While working with a rescue organization, they stepped in to help a very sweet rescue dog in an emergency situation that needed help when it had nowhere else to go and I will be forever grateful to them. ?They want the animals to find people that will care about them and keep them safe in a loving home. “UPDATE. Local office reached out to me and helped me fix my plan and addressed my concerns. Staff is very nice but there are a lot of new people right now who can't answer all special "Plan" questions.
Banfield is the timeshare of veterinary care. Once you're in they don't want to let your money go. If you end up not using a service, too bad, you've already paid. They will also offer your pet a bunch of services THAT ARE NOT INCLUDED so you can still end up with a monthly CC charge and a $300 vet bill. Staff is nice.”
