Wasted 2 1/2 hours for nothing. YoungBoy didn’t even try to help me claim. He didn’t know what I was talking about useless. Almost wanna make me change service providers.

Went into the store to resolve an issue where Verizon continued to charge me for a Play Plus subscription when I was no longer a customer AND they had disabled my account so that I could not log in to Play Plus and cancel it.The children that work at this store are more concerned with fiddling with the music playing on the overpriced audio products than they are assisting customers... Well, that is if you aren't buying a new phone or signing up for an overpriced Verizon plan.I was told I could only fix this through calling customer service. So I sat in the store for 20 minutes on hold to get someone in a call center to fix this, while watching these people sit around.I Don't recommend this store nor do I recommend Verizon.

I was having a problem with Verizon trying to get my Amazon gift when I switched carriers. I got the run around for a month, Finally got a representative who got the ball rolling! Thank you, Jonnel for helping me, I received my gift in my email yesterday. ?

Went to get a new SIM card since mine stopped working. I’m still on my mother’s account so I called to get access. The person who helped me started asking a bunch of questions about my mom’s wifi and I didn’t know what she used so I told him that I didn’t know. Come to find out he tried to put wifi on my mom’s account. Luckily it didn’t process. Super sneaky and shady.

My phone had stopped charging so I went in dreading the whole ordeal of purchasing a new phone. I was helped by a super nice guy named Anthony. He got my phone back to charging, explained other plans to me with no pressure. He didn't have to fix my phone could have just sold me a new one but he was honest and had me on my way. Been with them 17 years and have no plans on changing. Great job Anthony. Hampton store, Thursday night.

I stopped into the Verizon store off mercury Blvd in Hampton looking for a replacement Lucent Trans (12V/1A) AC Adapter Wall Charger - White (1A98-1250-02) that goes to my FiOS router. The employee was nice but had no knowledge of the product and basically was a waste of time.Yes you can, provide me with the AC adapter or a way to get one and it this review will change to a 5 star review!

They are very rude here, I had come in at 6 o’clock to look at a case for my 13 promax and the lady told me “we’re not helping anyone for the rest of the night” when i had come in an hour before close. Do better

Customer service could be improved. Greeter at the front during my visit could do a better job of explaining the process of exchanging a new phone. Because of his lack of direction and my confusion, he became very passive aggressive upon arrival.

Waited over an hour and a half to get simple information that eventually took 5 mins. Then they gave us the wrong information the first time and had to go back. During the wait, there were no other customers in the store, and no one staff came to help.
