I go to this location regularly,as a new reseller I'm learning the shipping thing so I ask a lot of questions and for plastic covers for my shipping slips. The lady's that work behind the counter are super helpful and even though today it was literally 6:02 they still gave 100 ? to the customer who dragged in. The gentleman I really don't feel comfortable asking for help much so I can't speak of him but I do see him with helping the team keep things running smoothly. So I just wanted to thank you all end under a full shift of lifting and talking smiling and even baring through . You all are awesome ???

Excellent service by Naizsa this week. I made a mistake when wrapping my item. Naizsa recognized this and held my box until I came back and corrected it. I am delighted with her help and her great attitude.

I was there to notarize my documents but they said they are not allowed to notarize colored copies of documents in Virginia State. So they sent me to another person and said that person will do it. She did it but I was charged $25 whereas when I called to confirm the charges at UPS, they said $5 per signature.
I realized it is kind of a business.

Omg first time returning something there, the customer service person really didn't help me, but he asked another employee to help me. Her name was KAT she knew exactly what to do, I was doing a return from TEUM and y'all know how hard that is, well anyway KAT went straight to the return app and found my order to return and she stayed right there until it was complete, So if you have a hard time trying to return something from SHEIN or TEUM asked for KAT??

Came before the afternoon to avoid the lines. There were no lines and it was an easy transaction! The rep explained my charges and asked if I had any further questions or concerns. Great experience, as usual.
