The worst employee ever. It was a black guy who was very rude and disrespectful because we were foreigns. He kept taking customers ahead of us. And charged us extra for the wrong copies the he kept printing. I will never deal with the ups store no more, so racist and disrespectful

UPS driver didn’t even knock, just left a notice and shipped it to a local center. Center told me to come back the next day to pick up the package. The UPS store was closed the next day for renovation (something they didn’t tell me). Had to leave on a business trip without the package… which I needed for the business trip…Will be using anyone but UPS in the future.

Terrible customer service on multiple occasions. Staff acts like you are a bother as soon as you walk in and are very reluctant to assist. It has also been closed quite a few of the times I have arrived even though the hours on the door state otherwise and I have had to use other locations instead. Next time I will just start at another location even though this one is right across the street.

I have had no problems at all with shipping, returning Amazon packages Or with anything else from this store.Very helpful and knowledgeable.

The handful of times I have come here, was to have documents faxed; got some scanned; and packages sent. Each time, the employees have been courteous and efficient. And to have this establishment owned by a Veteran is especially warming because my father is also a Veteran. And I understand and appreciate the sacrifices they did for us. Please, keep up the great customer service! Thank you!!

Stopped by to have some documents notarized, was told we don't do that. There is a sign on the window that advertisements they do , the staff recommended try another UPS, ask if they could call one to see if the nearest one might have a notary available, was told we can't call other UPS facilities. Never again. Worst customer service....

Quick and knowledgeable staff. Had to ship out some fragile equipment and UPS took care of it. New smoke shop across the parking lot.

I came in the store to get a document notarized. I was told that stopped at 3pm. Mind you I was in the store before then. The lady was rude even though I didn't argue or dispute the time. 1st time there NEVER GOING AGAIN!

So far out of 14 ups stores this was the only store that didn't get it there over night. I asked them they took it bc I had lab samples. I would have dropped it off around the corner at the warehouse. They even gave me a receipt and said it was no address. Irresponsible work ethics.

The elderly lady at this shop is a really cruel woman. I needed a return for a major retailer conducted, and learned that I’d need a box. It was ten minutes to closing and i wasn’t sure I had another day to return, so I asked if they had boxes lying around. The clerk said they had just brought boxes to the back, so I asked if I could grab one from the lady who was out by the dumpster. Well, in she walks, so that idea was shot. I bought the packaging the first clerk offered. I finish, walk out to a pile of boxes. I come back in and say I’ll be right back with tape and that I’d found a box. I run with my toddler in my arms to the neighboring Dollar Tree. Get tape, run back within 30 seconds and still 5 minutes before closing. I come in with my box and a smile, say oh I think this should fit. With the dirtiest look she throws my items for return in the box, which I am holding, so she has no right to throw things in my direction. I don’t respond, but continue to hastily tape my box, considering their closing hour. She states “I’ll do this return, but you don’t come back here again for giving my employee an attitude.” I was astonished. I argued that I never had an attitude and that she was outside. She tried to respond that she was listening from back and there are cameras. I said you must be mistaking my hurried nature and rushing for your closing time for me having an attitude. Boy oh boy, what is it with egotistical managers thinking they can ban people from stores from the most menial things, even when innocent? I’m not Going back there regardless, but I promise your treatment of me will not have fallen on deaf ears. I even stated that you must be in the wrong business of customer service if you think I had an attitude and are that bothered by it. They didn’t like that I didn’t want to pay overinflated prices for boxes and tape with Dollar Tree next door. Sorry, I’m not paying extra for something I’m not keeping.

UPS: but the woman who helped me deal with a package that I ordered on Amazon that wouldn't deliver to my apartment for some reason: Had to call the store a couple of times to understand what to do about it but she was very patient and helpful, sad I didn't catch her name.
