Visited twice, both experiences very disappointing. Poor signage for new customers, one dept doesn't know what the other does or says. Just lousy experience for me.

Not happy with the time it took to do a state inspection. We had a 730 appointment but it was noon before they were finished. We would have dropped it off but last time it wasn’t ready, we picked it up without the job completed (with an appointment) after the third day. Wondering what the point is to having an appointment??

Don't get your maintenance done here unless you have endless free time and love either waiting hours on a shuttle or hanging out with strangers in a lobby. 2nd time this has happened on what should be a 12 minute oil change.
I show up at my appointment time, but they don't care enough to keep their schedule manageable it seems.

Everyone at Hyundai of Hampton was very personable and eager to make our experience the best possible. Everyone from Bill Upton, Chris, Pam, and everyone we encountered were very attentive, friendly, treated us like family, and truly made this a wonderful experience. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my cars!

Bill Upton was extremely friendly, attentive, and personable. He took care to offer food and drinks while we were in the process of buying a car and he made us feel right at home. The whole process was very smooth, and Pam was very sweet in accommodating our time constraints.

I wasn’t clear in my communication, but that was okay. They took good care of me and figured out what was going on with my vehicle. They kept me informed of the status and even pivoted when I had a time constraint appear out of no where. I also need to mention that my experience began when I called the dealership. The admin lady who answered the phone was above and beyond stellar. I wish I could remember her name to call her out she is a true asset to you dealership.
