Each time I go to have services done, it's never 100% fixed or a new issue occurs. I went to have an oil change done along with 2 flushes and when I picked my car up it was making noises, I went to have an inspection and I paid to have my air bag light fixed, it came back on a couple of weeks later, still not fixed, and this last time I had tire rod services done, and when my son picked up my car, my car was making a loud noise and they told him it's under the hood issues as if they weren't under my hood when I got the oil changed and flushes. I have been a customer for over 20 years and never had an issue until my past 3 services so I am very dissatisfied with their service at this point. They're costing me unnecessary money!!

I don’t understand my receipt at all! When I look, I’m charged for labor and then it’s discounted? Whats the point? Why are you charging me for some thing I amnot paying for? Shady!!!!!!!

I came into this establishment on Monday November 13th.The sign said they opened at 730 so I waited in my car for about 10 minutes. I noticed a guy behind the counter but still did not get out of my vehicle until 731. When i walked to the door, the guy behind the counter looked directly at me and walked to the back. I waited outside for about 2 more minutes and watched as he stood talking to the one the guys in the back whom I was unable to see. Keep in mind it had to be about 40° outside. When he finally came to the door, he seems as if he had an attitude walking up, unlocked the door and walked away. As a man, he could have opened the door for me but hey, not everyone was raised right. I walked inside, nothing was said and when I got to the counter, the phone rang and he immediately answered to service the person on the phone.By this time I am now running late to work, so I go outside to just put my key in the lock box. I personally don’t like using the lock box but I had to get to work and my ride was waiting for me being that state inspections are drop off only.Once I left, I called the office and was immediately placed on hold. I waited about eight minutes before disconnecting. I called back again two hours later, placed on another long hold. I advised the guy I came by this morning and left my key in the lock box, he then told me that state inspections were not being done this week. Nothing was on the door that said this and if the guy would have serviced me when I first came in, I would had avoided going through all this mess. This was a horrible experience. This is the location near Walmart and you can also pull the cameras to see.Waste of my time

My son's father took my car to them while I was on my honeymoon and was asked to do 3 things, oil change, new tires and to put new sensors in the new tire tubes. They didn't put the new sensors in the new tires and they found one of my rotors loose and didn't fix it. They let him drive off the lot and now my car is a safety issue until I can get it fixed. Don't trust them they can't do the job right the first time.

Absolutely poor customer service. I brought my car to be inspected around 9 am. 3 hours later and still no car. When I asked about the wait, the woman at the counter, Amanda, went to ask the person doing the inspection, he screamed “that’s why we tell people to drop them off and pick up before 6!” When I asked if he was referring to me she stated he was “just stressed”. DO NOT GO to the Cunningham drive location. Additionally, if you’re going to have people wait 3+ hours I would recommend putting a working tv in the waiting room or even just playing some music.

Was there for my car to be inspected everyone was super nice quick and efficient!!! Have used them for years for everything from the jeeps to the Mazda!

I took my car in for service at the Tire Choice#1054 1980 Cunningham Dr. 23666 for an oil change. The service manager that waited on me Amanda Jackson was very rude to me when i arrived at my appointed time. When I acquired about any specials she replied she didn’t think so or she didn’t know of any. she was not welcoming at all for her to be the manager. Once service was completed I did not received a phone call informing that my car was ready. I had to call the store myself and inquire if my car was ready. Once I got to the store to pick up my car it was parked in the back of the store, and she didn’t even tell me it was back there, nor did she thank me for coming in allowing them to serve me. Instead of one of the service people bringing my car around to the front of the store I had to walk around to the back of the store to get my own car!! This is not good customer service at all, after today I will never come to this store again!!!! I will go where I can get great service for my money.

Amanda was very professional and although she had no obligation to reinspect my vehicle on Saturday, she went above and beyond her duties to help a customer in a neededPosition. She is a testimony to her job and the community. Thank you Tire Choice for having her as a wonderful and dedicated Mangager.

You have no problem getting in to service your car but there is always something else they will fine wrong just to get extra wrong money from you its ridiculous. When j know what's wrong just fix it and that's it thank you

Caught this place blatantly lying about a service that they said needed to be done. My state inspection was failed because they need to "clean and adjust" my rear brakes. Two separate employees lied and said that they took apart the rear drum to manually inspect the rear brake pad. When I went out to my vehicle however none of the brake dust on the rear wheels had been disturbed at all, even a light finger press would wipe off the brake dust .The employee proceeded to argue with me about the lie be was caught in in the parking lot. Dishonesty at its worst.

They were friendly enough, however the lady at the front desk said it would take about an hour and a half to change my tire and do an alignment. I've been sitting here over 3 hours now and not a word has been said to me, no updates given, nothing. Just left me in the dark for 3 hours and counting. Still here at the time of review, waiting for that tire replacement and alignment. I am paying good money for this, and the inconvenience of being stuck here for almost 4 hours should demand a partial refund. Edited to 4 stars because the mechanics did a good job, they also fixed an issue with my TPMS. This place has good service but you can definitely get screwed on time so make sure you have plenty of it.

The staff was great clean store and didn’t have to wait long for service. The oil change service came with a free tire rotation and they gave me a free multi point inspection. They are very friendly people and loves the attitude of the Manager Amanda.

My car was running fine. I dropped it off for a simple state inspection. I paid $1500 just to get it back. When I got the car back I noticed a bunch of lights on the dashboard. I told them about it. He said if you have any problems take it in and we will look at it. I noticed lots of banging and friction when driving the car. I took the car back and told them. Now they say it will $2200 to fix the car! I really hate this place. They destroyed my car and is trying to blame me.
