Some places don't have the kind of tires I need. Tire World always does.

We had a great experience at Tire world today with Vaughan and Omar. Actually all 3 guys working were helpful. But Vaughan answered our questions intelligently and got us a quote super fast. Omar was quick to help get our tire out of inventory and out of our trunk without having to even ask him. The owners would be happy to know that Vaughan is repping their business like any business owner could only hope for. We have found our new tire place. The customer service was great, we enjoyed chatting with other customers, and it was quick and affordable!!! - Chris, Melissa, Lily and gramdma

Great experience...
I came in due to a tire leak. I thought I needed just a patch for a hole in the tire, and the owner advised it wasn't worth the patch due to a nail being found in the tire, once they looked it over.
He gave me a great price on a new tire instead.

Had a flat tire that multiple other shops wouldn’t patch, and they didn’t have new tires in stock. Tire world had the correct size tire in stock but he offered to patch it instead of selling me a new one for more money. Only cost $25 for the patch instead of buying a new tire.

Took my car to several different places to have a broken lug nut removed and get a new tire. Most places didn’t wanna touch it and the ones that did quoted me an astronomical price. Finally came to my wits and took my car to Tire World not only were they able to remove the broken lug nut, but they replaced the tire, and charged me a fraction of the price that I was quoted. Save yourself the headache, time and coins by going to Tire World first. They have gained a customer for life.

Went here before and got great service, however, Monday Dec 2nd, 2024 I went here to get 1 used tire and 1 tire patched. They were busy but I had no problem waiting because I was set to go outta town that weekend. The very next day after getting the tire, it was my day off so I did not leave the house all day until the evening. When I left the house, immediately upon arriving at my destination, my tire was flat and I was stranded. It was late so all tire places was closed and I unfortunately did not have a spare in my trun. I had literally just had purchased this tire yesterday. It was not the patched tired that went flat, if it had been the patched tire I could understand. Then, I take the tire back the next day only to discover what i already knew. Which was that they sold me a BAD TIRE!! The tire was dry rotted on the inside real bad. Had no business selling me that tire. Then my censor was messed up and the owner tried to say it was my censor and I told him no the censor is messed up only as a result of me having to ride on a flat tire to get back to a safe location while I was stranded. He proceeded to charge me an extra $20 to replace my censor but he gave me another used tired no charge of course. Nonetheless, I should not have had to pay another $20 after I had already payed $65 for a rotted tire and $30 patch plus I had tipped $20 initially to the guy that changed my tires. (That’s a total of $135) I should have been granted a BRAND NEW TIRE for my inconvenience I missed out on clients I had the next day, running around fixing a tire situation that I should have never had to begin with. I will never go back here! MONEY HUNGRY CON-ARTIST !!!!

Was not impressed. I actually stopped there to get 4 NEW tires. The guy told me "You don't need rear tires" and then followed with "Don't worry, Boss, I'll set you up". I got set-up, all right. Fine, only getting front tires. But I still wanted NEW tires. $53/each is great, but that just means I have to hassle with buying tires sooner in the VERY VERY near future. I also told him I wanted a slightly higher sidewall to improve ride quality (too firm on the low-profiles I have). He said "No, you can't do that - you have to stay with the same size". Ummm...no, you don't! FYI: if they were professionals they would know about "Plus Zero" sizing (putting a slightly larger tire on the existing rim). I have done it on many of my vehicles for various reasons. Ok, fine. He proceeded to install 2 VERY VERY used tires of the same size he removed. NOTE: I did not have the chance to INSPECT AND APPROVE of the tires before my wheels were whisked away and the old tires removed. Fast service is great, but take the time to listen to your customer first! Then, after it was done (because it was already too late) I asked if the pair was matched- same brand and tread pattern. "Oh, yeah, they are". Looked closer when I got home. No, they're not. So I am giving 2 stars: VERY fast service, and they had the necessary tool to remove the nuts (my "new-to-me" used car didn't include the necessary socket to remove the custom rims). And for a lesson learned: I need to be more assertive in such situations, but now I know how many women feel when taking their vehicles to the shop.
FYI: I've done most of my own automotive work for the past 30+ years, including tire repairs and careful selection before purchase, and I DO NOT recommend this shop.
I do not know if the Mercury location is run the same way but not going to chance it for the 4 NEW tires I still need to replace.

Pulling a travel trailer and one of my tires shredded. Pulled off highway, saw some reviews on Tire World. We were less than two miles from them. Pulled in and they had me back on the road in less than an hour. Great service. Thanks!
