I felt completely comfortable on my first visit to this shop. I was greeted by Dan treating me like he's known me for awhile & talking to Jay and Michelle gave me peace of mind that Valvoline had referred my vehicle to the right place. My vehicle was repaired without delay & for far less than what it would cost at a dealership. I highly recommend going here if you're looking for an honest business with integrity combined with excellent customer service. All the dogs were nice to me too?. Big Thanks to the whole staff!!

Best kept secret unless you know right. Was in need of some Collision repair and searching around I came across Skyes Automotive. Professionalism and great Customer Service we’re immediate upon first contact with Representative. I brought the vehicle in which is normal procedure and as I pull in I see a Tech wet sanding with attention to detail, next bay over I see a few guys working together to move something from under a vehicle which shows me teamwork. I then look and see a few classics with work being completed on. Anyone with a a classic does not let just anyone touch it but I can see why and knew immediately I was in the right place. As I proceed to get out my vehicle I am walking to the door and the Representative from the phone is coming out and once again excellent customer service. A tech is called over to validate some work that will be required. I received my quote and left my vehicle for Collision Repair and paint etc. I get the car back as stated and I appreciate them squeezing me in because no one else (no names needed) were able to get me in and they only wanted Insurance claims not out of pocket but Skyes was perfectly fine either way. The car looks phenomenal and I truly appreciate there assistance. They have gained a new Customer. Army Veteran here and I would recommend them to anyone. Customer Service friendly, Professional, work completed is masterfully completed. Not one thing bad you can say about this business, I don’t know them this is my first experience with them and was impressed, happy with results and wanted to share. If you want good body work and framework done this is the best place to get it done on the East Coast side of Virginia they can take some that looks like it was in a junkyard squanched to something brand new on the showroom floor this is the only place I will recommend at all for body n frame work tell'em TROY sent y'a???
