GRADE "F".....I wish there was a lower rating than a 1-star!
As a retired and disabled "African-American", I went to Sun's Jewelry as a "first-time" customer to have a cuckoo clock repaired......(It was left to me by my father, who passed, and I wanted something to give me fond memories of him.)
Well, after waiting over "A MONTH AND A HALF", and hearing absolutely NOTHING from them, I made a call and they informed me that it would be ready in "TWO" weeks.......
Unbelievably, I gave them "THREE" weeks and "again", I had to call "them"!!!???.....They never called me EVEN ONCE!
Finally, yesterday, I just stopped by there to see the progress on the repair and I was SHOCKED to say the least.
The clock was still sitting there, on the floor, "IN THE SAME BOX", WRAPPED IN THE SAME BUBBLE WRAP", that I had put it in when I first took it to them!.......
Obviously, they HAD NEVER LOOKED AT IT!!
You would think a "first-time" customer, would be treated in a way, that would make that person a "repeat" customer and to spread a good word about their business!!!?
I DO "NOT" RECOMMEND THIS UNPROFESSIONAL, UNCARING AND SHAMEFUL BUSINESS TO ANYONE AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!
MY EXPERIENCE WITH SUN'S JEWELRY AND CLOCK REPAIR, WAS DISGUSTING, UNPROFESSIONAL AND SIMPLY TERRIBLE!

I dropped off my watch yesterday and I just called and they told me it was done in 24 hours wow I am pleased can't wait to see my nice watch and the work

Actually went in there to sell some old gold. Unfortunately, they don't buy gold. So I asked if he could make sure it was all real. He said "no problem ". Checked it all out and ended up having 14.5 grams of 14k gold and told me where up the street I could sell it. Nice gentleman. Needed a new watch battery so bought one and he installed it promptly. Great experience.

After being gifted a Grandfather Clock and moving it on a four hour trip, Sun's Jewelry & Clock came to my home to check the clock making sure it was working properly and schooling me on the correct way to operate it. Very friendly, informative and priced right. Will get all of my future business.

My Movado watch, over 40 years old, stopped working. I was referred to Sun's by another Jeweler. I received a call my favorite watch was rusty on the inside and all the workings needed to be replaced. I was given a fair price, the watch was ready before the two weeks time I was given and he gave me the rusted part. I might add, he also remembered my name! Wouldn't hesitate to go back and I highly recommend this shop.

Sun's jeweler always does a great job with my repairs. I have been taking my jewelry to them for years and they are always quick to repair and reasonable in their prices.This time I took one of favorite pieces, a sterling silver .925 beaded necklace with a toggle closure that I had broken. It took them less than 1 week to repair and it cost me only $25.00. They were even able to put the toggle link back on better than it was before. Great job Sun's! They also replace watch batteries.

Dropped off 3 watches for battery replacement and adjusted one band. When I came to pick up my watches, they couldn’t find them first, took both of them about 15 minutes, then once they did, it was in pieces. they told me my Movado watch was broken and it would cost $200 dollars to repair! I’ve only had the watch for two years and only wear the watch on rare occasions (maybe once or twice a year) and lts stored in its original box. I find this very strange. I’ve sent it off to Movado to see what they have to say.
