Charged me $95 for blowdry and flat iron. My hair is long, a little bit wavy but not thick. Without the flat iron she charged me $55. I even dont want to trim my hair but she insists to trim my ends. Trim and blowdry no shampoo i was charged $55. I go to other salon only $15-20 for blowdry and style. Im never going there anymore.

Today started off hectic because I’d booked an appointment on Booksy for my daughter and the stylist was 45 minutes late. I decided to cancel my appointment and walked into Salon 10. I must say I am super impressed with the service I received here! I was immediately warmly greeted by Santa , she made my daughter super comfortable and quickly washed blow dried and deep conditioned her hair. She even taught my daughter a little Spanish! Natasha finished up the style with a professional trim and braided bun style. My daughter was soooo happy ! It’s nothing like being serviced in a Salon with a professional atmosphere with gorgeous women on the inside and out. Salon 10 you saved the day! Thank you

Called salon for the owner yesterday but they weren't in. So I waited until the next day. When I checked in, I asked to be styled owner. Then proceeded to go up to owner directly and said I was specifically waiting on them. Went a few stores down to dollar tree to get snacks while I wait since someone was in owners chair.. as well as all the other stylist had clients in their hair. I asked for a simple braided ponytail consisting of a wash blow dry flat iron and braiding hair on the ponytail... $85 WASTED I was washed by another stylist.. (which is fine since last visit the duty was split between a wash blow dry girl and styled by the owner....) I get washed asked for scalp to be scratched and it wasn't really... was detangled with dangle brush apparently but it felt like a small toothed comb! I was turned around and couldn't see what was going on.. Get to blow drying part they put like 6-9 different products.. oils spray's protectants edge control etc... in my hair.. My hair then proceeded to smoke and smell burnt through my mask when being flat ironed ! Due to the oils and it still being damp. They reblowdry my hair throughly then flatiron it. Then braid was done crooked. Edges weren't how I asked... I paid and left was upset. Decided to turn around 20min later and had the stylist redo the braid 2x since I was dissatisfied. When I came back the owner was doing their own hair or whatever.. Will NOT be recommending this place, and have sent pics to people I have recently recommended. This is my second visit, will not be back. I AM EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED ! UNACCEPTABLE! with this residue I am just now seeing on my edges when I got home. AS I WILL BE OUT OF THE COUNTRY FOR AN EVENT AND WILL BE PHOTOGRAPHED

Service is always hit and miss. go there a few times a year. Typically when I cant get a walk-in appointment with my regular stylist. Wish they were more transparent about their cost. They nickel and dime you for everything. I really should say $5, $10, $20 for this and that. Don't assume that a TRIM is $5, $10 at the most. Cost me $20. More than my regular stylist and a ok job. You're paying for the convenience of walking in without an appointment but you're getting substandard service at HIGH COST.Services: Hairstyling
