Very bad customer service. I've been waiting on a walker delivery for 4 weeks. Every time I call it is very hard to get through the phone system and then when I finally got in touch with a person- there is a mix up with the work order. They blame it on my doctor's office. It's just a constant run around. Back and forth

I have no complaints about the service received. The training was long but very informative. I was a little disappointed that the size facials mask that I needed was not available.

Roberts medical has committed *Insurance fraud*Falsifying medical and insurance records* ForgeryThey falsified documents, charged my insurance, then forged my signature on documents for a wheelchair I never received and was never delivered. I am now filing formal investigation with insurance company for fraud. My insurance was charged for equipment I never received.

Horrible. Have been billed sent in a payment waiting for insurance approval . I got a bill that didn't reflect my payment and was charged 15 dollar late fee. For a sling , rip off .neeif.yonesomething from the emergency room

I was INCREDIBLY disappointed with the poor service I received when trying to get my medical equipment updated. It took 3 MONTHS because they kept using my wrong phone number despite that I told at least 4 different representatives that they had an old number that needed to be deleted. Yet they were constantly emailing me and calling my alternate phone to solicit more business from me for supplies. Drove me absolutely crazy!!! I made constant calls and repeated myself constantly over several weeks to several different representatives to get a resolution. They’d say they’d follow up and no one did. The final straw was when I had to resort to irate customer mode out of sheer frustration. I felt sorry for the representative that had to deal with my frustration—even though I made it clear to her that I was not upset with her but was upset with any administration that allowed such poor service and follow through. The representative was able to help me. I got my equipment in one day because of her. It’s just disappointing that I had to be so uncharacteristically aggressive (borderline rude for me) just to get the most basic service to meet my medical needs.I expected so much better from this company.

I made a payment to them and then 3 days later they took an additional payment from a credit card I had on file 3 years ago. Called their accounting and got the run around. Will have to call the credit card company and have them dispute the second charge.

I would not recommend! Hard to reach in a emergency and the equipment is faulty.
