From the moment I walked in I felt unwelcomed. Customer service sucked. Owner more dissuaded me from buying a product than to try to sell a product. Extremely ridiculously high prices & engraving service!! I’ve never been to a trophy shop and had such a bad experience! Reading previous reviews and comments below I see I’m not the only one who felt this way. Will definitely not be spending a dollar here?

I brought a cake serving set to Riverdale to be engraved for my upcoming wedding. Not only was the customer service amazing but the engraving on the set was beautiful. There was a slight issue but the owner went above and beyond to accommodate. I walked away very pleased with the serving set and will continue to use Riverdale for our engraving needs as well as NFL gifts. Thank you for being so kind and friendly.
