The pharmacy needs some customer service training. The woman at the drive thru didn’t even speak to me but stared at me until I gave her my name. I gave her my last name and she said, “ok, what’s the first name?” In a tone like I should have known she needed both.
They filled the wrong insurance for the second time and she said I had to come inside. Last time I did not have to come inside. They fixed it. Gave me my meds and I was on my way.
I guess I’m just shocked after having been at an appointment with spectacular customer service to then come here and have none.
Time for some training Rite Aid!

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER IN PERSON OR OVER THE PHONE! THEY DO NOT HAVE YOUR MEDICINE READY WHEN THEY SAY SO...The line is ALWAYSSS BACKED UP OUTSIDE!! But the RUDENESS DESERVES NO STARS!!

Spoke with the pharmacy management and they seem just as annoyed having to deal with a customer.
She then said it was a language barrier.
And I suggested the cashier then be trained. If she isn't understanding something to get another associate, he might be able to understand the language being spoken better"
She shrugged and said" is there something else I could do for you"
The only reason this pharmacy gets so busy is because it's the only one in the area.
I specifically asked for a time frame as my daughter is in pain with an ear infection and has just gotten ear drops called in. The woman at the drive-thru just repeated " you'll get a call or text when it's ready" as if she was And automated message. The opposite of personable.
I've also never heard of a pharmacy not being able to give you a time frame.. whatever happened to just waiting until the prescription was ready? Is that not a thing in 2024??

Zero stars worst pharmacy. Worst staff imaginable. They need to all be fired and start over. If you can avoid this place DO IT. THEY NEED TO BE THE NEXT ONE TO CLOSEEEEEE!!

I’ve never had a problem with any of the employees but the pharmacy is terrible. My BP medication was getting low so I put in a refill. 4 days later the pharmacy tech explains it is not refillable. I have to wait until I only have two days left. She said it would be ready the next day. The next day I called because I was out and the woman who answered put me on hold for 13 minutes. I hung up and had to call back only to find out they don’t even have it in stock. I called my doctor and then I switched everything to CVS. It is not a surprise why so many Rite Aids are closing.

The nastiest, rudest bunch of pharmacy workers I have ever encountered! They're impossible to get on the phone & when they do answer, they speak to you like trash. I really wish they'd find another line of work if they're so miserable. Shame on Rite Aid for allowing this to happen!

Horrible customer service. Black lady with dread locks behind the counter seems to hate her job and doesn't want to help anyone. She has poor attitude.

My doctor called in a prescription for me on Thursday. I was told it would be available on Friday. I called on Friday and now they are saying It's on back order until at least Monday. I'm sick now, and need this medication now. This is not acceptable, will not use Rite Aid ever again! Unbelievable!

Pharmacy manager was rude and condescending. Have had a lot of issues with this pharmacy and stuck with them because of convenience but with medication delays and the attitude switched my medications to Kroger. They take care of their patients. This pharmacy is annoyed with your business.

Store has fallen to mismanagement. Always our of of everything, management blames the warehouses but talk to honest employees and they will even tell you the management refuses to keep a proper stock. No reason to waste your time coming here they'll be out of whatever you need.

More like wrong at every turn. Street corner junkies provide more reliable service than this place. They repeatedly run out of medicine, they miscount the number of tablets (curiously never too many though, always short) most of the staff is wonderful and kind, but unfortunately these wonderful kind people work at a drunk monkey circus. Worsted pharmacy ever!!!!!!!! ?

I GOT MY HIP REPLACEMENT ON THE 28TH IM SO OVER THIS COMPANY IVE BEEN CALLING FOR WEEKS TO ENSURE ALL MY MEDICATIONS WAS THERE AND WAS TOLD ((EVERYTHING ) WAS . BETWEEN THE CALLING AND HAVING TO PICK UP I HAD TO DEAL WITH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE FRONT DESK TO THE PEOPLE ANSWERING THE PHONE! THE ONE LADY ANSWERED THE AND SAID RITE AIDE NOTHING ELSE AND WHEN I ASKED HER ABOUT WHAT THEY GAVE SHE SEEMED CONFUSED I HAD EXPLAINED TO HER THAT 2 OF THEM THE WRITING WAS NOT ON THERE HALF OF IT WAS MISSING AND NO MATTER HOW I MUCH EXPLAINING IT SHE DIDNT UNDERSTAND THAT THE LABLE WAS COUNT OFF WHEN I ASKED HER MORE QUESTIONS SHE KEPT SAYING UMMMM OR SHE DONT KNOW! SO ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR AND SHE SAID YEAH! SHE PUT ME ON HOLD OVER 20 MINUTES AND NOBODY GOT I. PHONE.I HAD TO CALL BACK AND GOT THE SAME PERSON FOR HER TO SAY THAT SHES THE MGR AND STILL WAS UNPROFESSIONAL ON TOP OF NOT KNOWING ANYTHING! THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION AND SHE SAID THE ONLY WAY TO FIND OUT WAS TO COME UP AFTER HAVING BOTH HIPS REPLACED.IM BEYOND UPSET AND MORE. THE THAT THEY GIVE OUT MEC THATS WRONG AND NOT CHECKING IS A LIABILITY AND I WILL REACH OUT TO A LAWYER ABOUT THIS! NEVER EVVVVVER GOING HERE OR SHOPPING! The pharmacy is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! They all have disgusting attitudes and acted as if they hated their jobs. The wait time is horrific and they claim they ordered my medication which was out of stock and then they said it on back ordered. They NEVER ordered the medication.
