if i could give less than 1 star i would , i walked in with 2 other black girls and the lady said one person in the store at once , but allowed other people to come in. as a young african american this isn’t okay discrimination in 2023 shouldn’t be tolerated. do not give money to this business . whoever the white lady was needs to be ashamed of herself for thinking nothing would be said

I see why this business has low stars. The manager RICHARD was EXTREMELY RUDE the entire time I interacted with him & when I corrected him about the sale price, he got even more nasty. It’s okay to be wrong sir. Just learn how to be better at your very simple job before you treat paying customers like thieves. I’ve already placed a more detailed complaint with 1800-RITEAID.

There is never a long line to pick up my medications unlike when I have to pick up my medications at Walgreens on Mercury Blvd. I am going to see if I can get all of my medications switched back to Rite aid. I only use Walgreens because of my insurance.

They had my prescription for 5 DAYS with no call or text to me telling me it’s ready. I get there and it’s the generic brand even though my doctor put on there I have to have name brand

Store # 1889 on Pembroke Ave. in Hampton, Va provided exceptional service and went above and beyond when the Rite Aid closest to my house didn’t even have the courtesy to call and let me know that they did not have any Tamiflu available for my 10 yr old son who was at home miserable. Ms. Toni Owens and Lorena Reid we’re life savers and had his Rx ready in 10 minutes. They were professional, courteous and extremely helpful. I will travel the extra couple miles from now on to be serviced at this location as opposed to the one closest to my house. Kudos to these ladies!!

Worst Rite rite around here! All the employees at the pharmacy have a bad attitude and are rude! The young lady that works in the back is rude and when you explain things to her she looks at you like your slow! you can speak to them and say how are you doing have a nice day and they never respond back they look at you like you’re crazy. Came to pick same medication that I’ve always gotten to be told one I have to pay for it cause my insurance dose cover,for me to call and them to say they clueless what you’re talking about it’s ALL covered! This has happened numerous times. Everyone needs to be retrained on how to give customers service experience which you never get! Dealing with all these issues that no one should I’m going too a better pharmacy.

They are NOT rude at all ! They're overwhelmed that's what. So please be as nice as you can. Yeah, and I think as a general rule they cannot answer the phone these days. You'll have go and ask the time your script will be ready. Be nice, please.

If I could give less than one star, I would! I have been trying to find out if my doctor called in a prescription and no one in the pharmacy will answer the phone!! I called the main store number only to be told that the pharmacy had cut off the phones in their department so they could "catch up" and the best thing I could do would be to come in to see if the prescription was called in!! UNACCEPTABLE!!! I told the person on the phone that I would be changing pharmacies and he acted like he could care less and told me to do what was best for me! SERIOUSLY???? I will be changing my prescriptions to CVS right down the road where I am quite certain I will be given better customer service and I encourage anyone that deals with this particular Rite Aid store to do the same!

If I could give this place a 0 I would. The Rite Aid itself I don’t have a problem with it’s that worthless pharmacy. I called 15 times and never got an answer.And if you don’t get in contact with him it doesn’t matter if your doctor sends over a prescription or not it’s not gonna get filled. So if you’re in a hurry to get a prescription I suggest going somewhere else.

I had a Covid test done and I never received my results. I called the pharmacy 5+ times in 3 days to try to speak to someone to confirm my email information. They NEVER answer the phone!!!! I eventually chose the option to speak with someone not in the pharmacy and they answered, only to transfer me and place me on hold for 20 minutes. I eventually hung up. Very poor service. I don't ever recommend going here. Still don't have my results!!!!!

Last Friday I heard an employee named Kim who left early because she was tired and didn't want to go into overtime. She left around 1130 AM. Says a lot about the people that this location employs. Also I've seen some obviously dirty customers set their pets on the checkout counter. And this past weekend I saw a bird flying around the store with no concern from the staff.

I have been getting my prescriptions filled at Rite Aid in Warwick Shopping Center for over 10 years !The pharmacy staff are always friendly and helpful. If they happen to be out of something I need , they will find the closest store and make arrangements for me to pick it up there . I call that great customer service !
