The staff at the Service Department (primarily working with Casey) was fantastic during my recent vehicle issues. The transmission light on my 2013 Ford Focus came on, but I fortunately was nearby Wynne Ford. I was told the issue with my transmission (TCM) and that the part I needed was on back order. Due to current issues with car parts/computer chips they weren't sure how long it would take. Due to the unknown amount of time I may not have my car, Wynne Ford offered to provide me a rental car until my car was able to be repaired. They paid for my rental car until my car was fixed (~ 2 weeks). The staff was amazing throughout the process giving me updates and letting me know any costs upfront. The issue with my car was covered by an extended warranty so I had no outstanding costs for the repairs which was great!

Absolutely one of the best in person sales experience's that I have ever had. Larry and Mike worked hard to put together my deal and I really did appreciate it. We were not able to come to an agreement on my first visit and I received no pressure at all to take their deal. After being able to do more research and Larry agreeing to the amount I wanted for my trade we made the deal. We plan to make some awesome memories in our 2022 Ford Bronco thanks to Wynn’s Ford in Hampton Virginia.

D was absolutely stellar!!! From the moment we stepped through the doors we were welcomed with superior service. D was extremely thorough, patient with us and made the entire overwhelming experience such a smooth enjoyable (and emotional) moment. D is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Made an appt due to a safety recall and to also perform a state inspection while the vehicle was there. During the inspection the tech identified that the control arm bushings had too much play to pass inspection (vehicle has 140K miles so that is reasonable). Getting the vehicle back that day was a must. Casey was able to get the parts needed after making some calls and arrange to get them installed in time for us to pick up the vehicle before 1.5 hrs before closing. Casey was very professional, courteous, understanding and accommodating.

Since buying a vehicle in 2016, we have used quick lane several times for routine oil changes and tire rotations. Every single time it has taken 90-120 minutes with an appointment. Today, my appointment was at 730 and now at 821 my vehicle still hasn’t moved. I asked if they were running behind and they said the vehicle would be pulled back soon. Not sure who manages the quick lane but the current process is inefficient. It shouldn’t take 2 hours for an oil change. You cant run an effective business model with this level of service. Even from a customer service standpoint, if a vehicle is going to get serviced well past the appointment time, someone should notify the customer. Poor business practices here.

Made an appointment three weeks out for an oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was for 7am, currently it's 918 and my vehicle is still in the waiting line. I won't be back.

Great place to get your vehicle serviced. The customer service is great. They also do an excellent job keeping me on the status of my vehicle. Throughout the time of service. They have a state of art body shop. They do excellent repair work. When it leaves it's next to impossible to tell that the vehicle was even repaired. I come here for all my automotive needs. Whether it's purchasing a new vehicle servicing and existing vehicle. Or have one repaired after an accident. This is the place I go.
