I enjoy the services I use at this business. The staff is very friendly and efficient. My go to place for feet and hands pampering. The cost is reasonable as well. Great staff!

2024 update: I haven't had a pedi since Dec. It was time! Nancy and Tina took care of me. I always feel so welcome. They know me and my daughter. Deluxe pedicure was phenomenal! Gel Manicure was so in depth. It was wonderful. Worth every penny every time!
First time taking my husband in for a manicure. Wonderful and comfortable experience. Kim always had a great choice in colors. All of the ladies are so professional and helpful. Been going for 5+ years!! Love it every time.

So, here's my update on Pro Nails & Spa in the shopping center area by the Food Lion on Big Bethel Road. The manager responded to my initial post and said if I wanted to speak about the situation, to call the shop. I called and was hung up on! They didn't know I was parked in the parking lot so I went in and they called Tina, the manager. She told me to come back the next day to get my $25 refund. When I went back the next day, she was there and she did refund my $25, BUT she wanted to argue with me about her erroneous sign she has posted about "shellac" nail polish being the same as gel polish underneath the "manicure" part of her sign(I didn't even get a manicure, just a color change..BTW.. manicure is $20!)and that I should give the worker a tip. I even agreed only if she refunded me the $25, yet I told her with my short, stubby nails, and also the fact that the polish that I had was peeling, the service didn't take long at all. Once she told me that if my polish was peeling that I should have peeled them off at home, THAT WAS IT!! I left the establishment and again, I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I WILL STILL WARN OTHERS about their manipulative tactics to overcharge people! They come into our neighborhoods, making tons of money off of us, NEVER giving back to our COMMUNITIES and acting ENTITLED and having a level of distain for us in the first place..cursing us out amongst themselves in their language!! Paint Your Own Nails Sisters and leave them be!!!

I came to get a deluxe pedicure a young man did it and did a horrible job. He left nail polish on the side of my big toes and did not remove it. He also forgot to use the tool that looks like a cheese grater on my feet to remove dead skin when I brought it up they tried to convince me that my feet did not need it and tried to use it on my feet after he applied my polish and my feet were dry! I was not given a discount. I will not be returning to this nail salon because instead of admitting they messed up they tried to convince me otherwise and did not try to make it right.

Please don’t go here! I saw the mixed reviews and decided to take the chance since the other salons were booked. I got a simple two color Christmas set. As soon as I was seated the lady began filing my old set off. She filed so much of my skin around my finger, but I pushed through because I know that happens sometimes. After she finished painting the new color on, she did a clear coat but only on some of the nails. Once I left, I realized she got nail polish all over my nails and one of the nails wasn’t filed. I ended up going home and filing it myself but the nail polish stayed for quite some time. Even with all of that being said, I still wasn’t going to leave a review. It’s been 3 weeks and the majority of my nails are still on however the few that have came off have completely ruined my nails. They tore below the nail bed and have made them look worse than ever. I’ve never complained about any service I’ve received and I’ve definitely NEVER left a review, but this was a horrible experience and I want to make sure no one else makes the same mistake I did.
