I went to a few places but due to my budget they weren't able to help. I saw Josh here at Classic Totoya of Hampton. He worked really hard to find me something and I LOVE the vehicle. Just when I thought I couldn't get a vehicle they made it happen. I worked with Josh and the manager was Bob Johns, finance manager was Jess and Ashley was my delivery coordinator I would highly recommend these guys. I will definitely be back and I'm telling everyone at work to go see Josh.

I had to visit the service center on two occasions within a two week span. The initial visit was for an oil change and the 20k mile service. However, upon reaching home, I realized that an inspection was also necessary. I had anticipated that they would go above and beyond in addressing my automotive needs, as they had promised when I purchased the car from them. Therefore, the second visit, which I scheduled as a drop-off appointment at 8 am on a Saturday via their online system, turned out to be rather uncomfortable and disappointing. I encountered a service advisor, whose name I unfortunately did not learn, but who had blonde hair and was not wearing glasses. Regrettably, she displayed rudeness by insisting that I drive my car inside the service center, despite my specific selection of the drop-off method.In my opinion, it may be discouraging to continue using this free service if one has to handle situations with service advisors who may lack competence.

My salesman, Josh Dennis worked hard to get the Grand Highlander Hybrid Max Platinum that I was looking to purchase. He stayed in touch as the process of waiting counted down. The personnel, at the dealership, were very helpful, especially Mike who braved the rainy day to ensure the delivery of my new vehicle went smoothly. Thank you to Josh, Mike, and Anna for a great experience from beginning of my search to delivery of my beautiful new vehicle.

Our experience was great at Classic Toyota. We were looking at another dealership but got a weird feeling and headed to Classic Toyota Hampton. We were welcomed, not pushed into anything, and had the color and trim level Highlander we were looking for shipped in. Highly recommend working with Joshua Dennis, he was super helpful, nice, and informative. Definitely recommend Classic Toyota Hampton for your Toyota needs!

This is the best dealership I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I was looking for a very specific vehicle and build. I went to two other Toyota dealerships and ended up at Classic Toyota of Hampton after being told twice they couldn't get the vehicle. At Classic Toyota in Hampton not only did they get the vehicle but the turn around time was really fast. All the sales people, managers and finance were really understanding and treated me great. I felt like family. Before wasting your time elsewhere I would go here first.

I recommend Josh Dennis for your sales need. I ordered a RAV 4 Hybrid with exactly what I needed. The dealership prices fairly even for a high demand vehicle like a RAV 4. As an experienced new car buyer of Mercedes and Porsche my overall the buying experience was top notch with this Toyota dealer.

If you want a sales person who will commit to taking care of you from start to finish, I recommend asking for Anna Goslin. She recently helped me to make my purchase of this 1996 Land Cruiser. She remained focused throughout the entire process and was friendly, even going as far as picking me up from the Airport so I didnt have to drive all the way out. Also a Veteran so if you are a fellow Veteran she will have that in common with you.Thanks Anna!

What an amazing experience my daughter had buying from this dealership, the entire staff guided her and helped her purchase the car of her dreams. And a big shout out to Shawn who answered any and every question she had and helped her out to decide exactly what she wanted. My family will definitely be customers for life, I truly recommend this dealership.

Takes over 2+ hours to get a simple oil change done and a state inspection done and they do other people cars before they get ur car done bc that was done with cars that came in after me

We just made our second vehicle purchase in as many months and are very happy. Disappointed with how the servicing department has changed since the dealership switched from Priority Toyota to Classic Toyota.I've gone to this dealership for multiple years and have previously had exceptionally excellent care. I've never felt like I was being nickel and dimed and, when something was legitimately wrong with my car, they worked hard to give me a fair price and explain exactly what they were doing. They were proactive about giving me updates about my car's service as it was happening and it was a very pleasant experience.This was not the experience that I had after the switch. I went to the dealership simply wanting an oil change, and was informed my Priority for Life oil changes were no longer covered. Instead of just getting my free oil change, I was told my car needed a bevy of services I did not need that was hundreds of dollars (even though no one in service had even yet seen my car). One of the services they seem to indiscriminately push is getting your tires re-aligned.TL;DR: I came in for an oil change because my oil light was on and left spending over $200. Be very careful about the services you let them tack on when you go to be serviced here.

Don't waste your time. They sold me a car that needs an ac compressor, an ac actuator, a cv axle, a major oil leak where the engine has to be removed. They are not honest. Spend elsewhere. They took advantage of me and it could happen to you.

I came in to find a truck and got through it very quickly. I brought my college age son for the full experience of car buying and was satisfied with how it was (there is no fun car buying experience after test drives.). The salesperson CJ was great, walked and talked me to the next steps and sent me on with a new truck. The only thing was the no inventory on hand so I picked the truck out by picture but they had it within a day ready to go.

My wife and I went into Priority Toyota to buy a new Tacoma TRD Sport. None on the lot, understandable. Salesman and manager jumped through hoops and found one. Even the color we wanted. Took a while but with todays market and inventory levels I fully understand. Everyone at Priority was courteous and friendly. Went above and beyond to make us happy. Definitely a success story. Love that 6’ bed and hood scoop.
