I wanted to trade my jeep in for a new toyota corolla cross. They took my information to get me Financed and I did not get a call from nobody to tell me what was going on. So I go up to the dealership to find out what was going on and I got told that I had negative equity. No bank was gonna refinance me or finance me for a new car. Cause Toyota didn't support the negative equity in the car that I had. How unprofessional is that you couldn't call somebody and let them know. We'll not go there again

I ordered 2 hard to find parts and they came in after less than 24 hours. Incredible delivery time, kind customer service, and good prices. I will definitely order more parts here as I need them!

2-2.5hr on an oil change when I had an appointment? What was the point of making an appointment? Scheduled for 8:45am and it's 11:30am and then you're saying it'll be another 45min because you guys screwed up another person's job? This is the second time that something like this has happened. This place is a joke.

Priority Toyota and Jose are always terrific!! I get in right on time. Done right!! Jose is always very nice and professional. So glad I bought my Toyota Rav 4 here at Hampton , Virginia and get my service here. Thank you.
**** Update review: just went 7/11/24 for service and inspection. As ALWAYS Classic Toyota Hampton (used to be Priority) Service Dept is the Best!!! Shoutout and extreme Kudos and Thank You to Devin Johnson, my service advisor. He was the BEST. Kept me informed all the way, answered all my questions, explained everything, and so nice!!! Love him!!!! Thank you very much. This is the only place to buy your car. I bought my Toyota Rav 4 Hybrid here. Every day I drive it, I say I would buy and drive the same car. Also. Service Dept has always been great!!! Only place I will go to. You need to do the same.

Currently waiting for routeen service oil change. Three hours and 15 minutes and counting. Who new when they said priorities for life meant a lifetime to do simple service. Losing money by not working is not a benefit to getting a free oil change.

Staff is doing amazing and working hard considering they are low-staffed in the service department. Gabriella is a great tech and did a wonderful job on my vehicle.

I’ve been taking my car to get serviced here for years (i also purchased from here). My most recent encounter with Gabriella was amazing! You don’t find customer service like that anymore. My AC broke & my belt slipped but she gave me continuous updates and broke everything down for me. Great service!!!!

Their online service appointment scheduler is broken on any browser except Chrome, please figure this out because it makes it difficult to get my car the service I need.

Scheduled an oil change online for Saturday went in pulled my car in told first gentleman i have a 9:30am for an oil change then go inside check in with Brittanie saying here for an oil change she says it will be hour and half to hours…at 11:05 Brittanie says I need two bulbs about $9-$12 each for inspection..I thought inspection? But ok so at 11:30 after Britranie said it would only be a few more minutes I’m checking out and pay $23 for bulbs then walk out to my car and notice my inspection sticker was new with 7/24 on it and inspection not needed until DECEMBER 2024 so I go back in and let all the drama begin…yes I’m livid I come in for oil change because sticker in window says 169k miles I’m at 168,851 they say thats not what the sticker means the sticker just means car needs routine maint which was rotating tires but that wasn’t done, they said I didnt need an oil change I had 4k more miles to go I asked for an oil change anyway they said it would cost me $73 because I didnt need one yet so all the drama and Brittanie and John treating me like im crazy when you folks made the mistake finally I go to the GM Chris Colbert and explain the whole rotten situation and tell him I dont want to have to come back yet again in 6-8 weeks to finally get an oil change and wait another 2+ hours etc etc…he walked back to service and next thing you know John walking out to pull my car back in for the original oil change I asked for 3x in the beginning no charge either…ALL this chaos for nothing when the Service Manager John should have just authorized the free oil change after they screwed up doing a state inspection FIVE months early…Thank you Chris Colbert I truly appreciate you :))
