Shay Butter Beauty Bar ( located inside phoenix salon) Marshala did an Amazing job on my lashes! Her service was perfect, she explained the process, gave me choices on lashes,style, and kept me updated on the time / how long she had during each stage of lashing.She sent me home with aftercare instructions and fabulous looking lashes!Highly recommend her beauty services!

Horrible service. My mother got her hair done by Ms. Kesha. First thing first she cut my mother hair all wrong. She charged my mother to much for a cut wash and dye. She came home looking like someone just played and her. I will not recommend her at all for natural hair or cuts. She was recommended by a coworker at her job but she dont know how to do natural hair at all. For 100 something dollars you have my mother looking horrible .

This was my first experience at this chain salon and it was a great one!The stylist I chose was based on a recommendation from a previous stylist of mine. I figured I was in great hands and indeed I was!Kisha is phenomenal!I booked my appt. Online with ease. Kisha immediately reached out to thank me for the booking and offered her line for any questions or concerns before my appt.I booked this week and serviced on today!The shop was easy to find.Free street parking and free garage parking is available in the Town Center area of the city.The salon suite was tidy and just enough space. The atmosphere was awesome!She started on time and services rendered took 90 minutes as quoted!I highly recommend her.I received a shampoo, cut and style. If you're searching for a stylist check her our!Have fun!Be safe & enjoy life :)

I came to this salon on 12/04/2020 . To get my hair done by Nikki VAbraidesigner Williams for my trip to Jacksonville on 12/05/2020. I wanted bohemian box braids I posted to a group on face book she responded and said she provided the hair . When I got there she was running behind to go purchase the hair which should have been taken care of before the client arrives ! I was in the chair for 6+ hours . When I got up from the chair I did like the hair . I noticed the next day how stiff the hair was , the curls matted , and what ever hair she purchased made my scalp itch and hurt . I contacted Nikki that Monday in regards to my hair it had only been about 4 days and I let her know what was going on with the hair . I let her know in full detail she apologized about that hair and stated she never had that happen to a client and offered to fix it . I let her know I’ve never experienced this with any stylist and that it was okay . At FIRST I suggested to cut the curls and make the braids longer . They should have been waist length anyway but did not even come past my shoulders . But I changed my mind because what ever hair SHE purchased was adversely affecting my scalp , so in lieu I requested a refund , a partial refund I respect and appreciated the fact that she did the labor . I paid 155 I thought 77.50 was just . She offered 50 dollars . And wanted me to send pictures of my scalp when the hair was out . I explained to Nikki that I understood her logic but I feel I deserve half because i paid you 155 for a style that she said should last 4 weeks but only lasted 6 days . I had to drive back home from Jacksonville so to get off the road after being there for 8+ hours and have to take the hair out AND still have to spend more money to get something else done to it was not fair to me ! We went back and fourth with me about it . She advised I’ll receive a refund in 24 hours because she is on bed rest ... I’m not sure what that had to do with anything when she was sending it by cash app I mean you can do that laying down .I contacted her 24 hours later , she said she would send it after she got out of class ... she never responded to the paragraph I wrote her and didn’t have enough decency to let me know she sent the money . She started out being nice and professional and ended up being rude . I do NOT recommend Nikki VAbraidesigner Williams! From This salon . The hair quality she uses is poor and all she gave me was 55 dollars . I would have let it go if I just got half and she was more understanding but she blamed me for my hair looking the way it did ! She said I did something to it and her cousin JHEMICA accused me of getting it wet and putting stuff in it ! When that was not the case ! Why would I ruin 155 style just to settle for a partial refund and now I’m back looking crazy ! I’m not pleased with this ! I have NEVER EVER went through anything like this before and I do not recommend! I do have pictures. In the one collage the right side is what I ASKED for . The bottom left is day 1 top left a few days later .Service: Hairstyling
