Check your items before leaving, bought flee and tick they gave me the wrong one that cost more. My bad for not checking before I left but I should not have to!! Also did not ask if I wanted a bag just charged me. Yes it's 10 cents but on top of the other error not happy! Not worth driving back to return the flee and tick atleat it is similar just a different on :( also had a bad grooming experience a few years ago where they nicked my dogs paw pads and did not tell me.

It was super busy with a long line, cashier was very professional and his attitude was great. Kept calling for assistance. Nobody came while I was there.

Do not use the vet clinic. Very unorganized. I stood right next to the “Now Open” sign of the vet clinic 15min before my appointment and then was directed to go stand in the literal middle of the store to wait in a line where they were weighing pets. By the time the lady asked why I was there it was 15min after the appointment and they said I couldn’t be see because I was outside their grace window. Go to a real vet.

I have been bringing Rusty here for nearly 7 yrs. He needs a haircut about every 2 months. Our recent scheduled appointment was for 4/19. That was canceled morning of. I think they fired the Manager or something. Earliest reschedule was 5/9. That apt was canceled morning of (no reason given). Rusty is miserable and I'm pissed. In need of reliable Groomer.
