Philly cheese Cafe was very good. The cashier was energetic and helpful. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but the food more than compensated for the inconvenience.

I Live in a major city & when Im visiting my family in Hampton I love to visit PTC.. Great shopping, good food & a nice social gathering.. Makes me feel like a little city life right there...
