I stopped in this afternoon because I quickly needed 2 fingers sized for some specialty rings I am ordering online and the sales associate was extremely gracious and willing to take her time to help size me! I appreciated that she was generous and able to help get my sizes even though I wasn’t purchasing anything from here. Because of the great service I received I will definitely come to Palace Jewelers for any future jewelry needs!

Plus repairs on site not sent out done right there perfectly done! Their one of a kind pieces are stunning and the personalized help makes it all that much better I'm so glad I went there on recommendation from a friend it's definitely a Phoebus gem ( no pun intended)

I broke my favorite necklace, and actually went to another shop nearby. There they suggested I go to Palace Jewelry. They had just the right machinery to do the trick. Not only was my necklace repaired but the clasp was replaced. Thoroughly satisfied with the work that was done. I'd highly recommend them and the store carries some very beautiful jewelry and distinguished pieces as well. Employees very friendly!

I have both bought rings and brought my old gold pendent in to be fixed. Each time it was a great experience. The rings were beautiful and they resized them for free and they fixed my gold pendent great. Really recommend if you’re looking to buy from local businesses
