Mr.Redd was incredibly helpful! He worked with me to get 4 new tires at a great price and an alignment. He walked me through everything, showed me the damage to my current tires and let me know about other issues I will need to take care of soon. He was amazing helping me through the whole process! Very affordable. Got us out quickly. Good mannered staff. No one likes having to deal with car repairs, but if you have to this is a good place to stop.

Red always goes above and to make sure my car needs are met. He always finds a solution to whatever car need I have. I have been going to NTB for years, he is by far one of the best representatives I have dealt with. I am thankful that he always calls to let me know the status of my car when it is in service. He makes me feel seen and valued as a customer! 10 out of 10 recommend having your car serviced here.

Redd was very personal & aims to accommodate your needs. He made sure he asked the questions and provided the services that were needed and that I didn’t know we’re needed. He provided excellent customer service. Although there were other customers being serviced he treated all of us with the same respect, time & patience.

Took my truck in for a alignment but they saw I needed inner & outer tire rods as well i wanted to set another day because it was going on 6 o'clock but Red i think his name was insisted i should let them keep the vehicle, called me mid next day & said your truck ready completed both with a good price, awesome guys & wonderful service, they make sure you leave out of there satisfied I'll be back

I do not know if my review can detail the level of going above and beyond exhibited concerning my vehicle. I am referring to the manager, Redd. Since I had taken my vehicle to this location previously and they had recently serviced by son’s vehicle, I reached out to him when my vehicle would not start. I told him I was going to have my vehicle towed to his facility. There were several communication issues with the coordinator for the tow service, the tow company, and the drivers. As a result, my vehicle was towed three hours after my initial call to Redd. To my surprise when we arrived Redd was waiting with the lights still on. This was well after normal business hours. He later stated to me he was committed to staying because I had called and told him my car was being towed to his facility and that he is committed to his customers. Who does that? Thank you again Redd for your outstanding customer service and devotion.
