Horrible service! Toni was assigned to assist me as my teller. DONT GO TO TONI! When first approached I explained to Toni I came to the branch to take care of several minor things ex:making check deposits and receiving a new card. I had a large amount of cash that I needed to be count also with bands as for I was about to make a big purchase. Instantly she came upset after notifying her that I needed the money counted. After the first transaction I told her this will be the end of everything today and if I could speak to a manager. Toni then acts like she didn’t understand my request as if she wasn’t just totally rude prior to asking for a manager. I will be removing my funds and closing my account due to the bad reviews already above you guys need TRAINING BADLY. Young lady at the door was a sweetheart and definitely provided great assistance.

Not able to make an appointment to speak with manager. Waited 20 mins in branch. None of the locations allow appointments. Have been a member since 2014. Not a place I trust. Set up bill pay and they don’t know why it didn’t work. Used bill pay for 6 years now say they don’t see I’ve ever pay with it. Spent 3 hrs today with 4 phone calls and a branch visit. This is not a real bank or real credit union. I think they are going to collapse. Stay away with your money.

After having my account with them for over 10 years, people had the audacity to question me and go through my bank records because of trying to deposit a check. I this is last time i will be coming to the Navy Federal on 60 Hampton Club Dr.

I’m going to try to make sense of how this problem started I had a payment plan on my T-Mobile account do June 14 22 and then again on June 21 22 both of which were paid by Navy Federal credit Union with confirmation of payment by T-Mobile each time the $15 payment that I paid on June 13 I was never given credit for until I spoke to T-Mobile personally know is it according to the oops program guidelines I can’t overdraft more than $500 worth with a $20 charge I tried to stop the transaction but was unable to but wasn’t formed by T-Mobile that the payment haven’t made on the 14th as well as 21 June it was only a few days ago when I questioned why my account was overdrawn over $650 which flows to the next problem during my online job search one position I was sent to consider was being a mystery shopper and to expect a package sent to me with instructions and the check and was told upon receipt of the package to provide confirmation and to follow instructions after depositing the check which I did was told that the check has been accepted and will take two business days to be verified on June 28, 2022 I was told that I have a positive balance of $1223.26 Because I wanna deposit a check yesterday reduce the amount of the negative balance was still too much Hey young lady by the name Keisha carefully listen to my dilemma and I was told by the two previous customer service reps that I was still receiving the wrong information one of which was a Lady name Lisa and also another rap by the two by the name of Tiffany who is very unprofessional as well Keisha gave me a courtesy refund and several fee Which enable me to withdraw $120 homerooms account which gave me a negative balance of $483 mom mobile app is not working so when I called to Navy Federal and found out that my balance is -$800 of course I was upset and I immediately called to speak to a rep I was told the supervisor level by a lady named Susan that they deposited the whole check and they wanted the whole check back even though it was returned I never got any of that money so I’m not sure why that happens or if I walk to the window and the check was returned they were just give me the check back and tell me it’s no good not charging for the amount of the check After a 10 minute wait and being switch from person to person Susan informed me that album that money and they would take my government check first and the other and any other Funds after that to clear the debt I have never had such a Unprofessional nasty encounter with Navy Federal this needs to be addressed as soon as possible I do intend to get some help from the media because I just don’t understand
