I wouldn't get an account with them, they cancel your credit at any time if you question any of their practices. I was a 12 yr. Credit card holder and was canceled for no reason never even late on any payments. I wouldn't join if I were you.

Got to the door at 1230 on a Friday just to cash a check. Was sent away and the gentleman at the entrance was very rude.

I can in today for help with my mobile app set up and Danielle was just a pleasant and very professional person, very knowledgeable and about her job and explain all the services that navy Federal credit Union offers I would refer my family and to come in and allow her to help with their accounts. Thanks Danielle for the extra service you provided for me.

NFCU is awesome banking of All kinds for ALL Military branches, wheather your serving now or past as "Honorable Veteran" per separation discharge! (that is required for membership! & family) The members staff is friendly, polite, & helpful in your needs & wants in financial opportunity's!

After speaking to a customer service agent by phone I was told I could add my 12 YEAR old son to my account in order for him to have access to a checking I was managing for him. I visited a branch to complete this process and told the welcome person my goal, she asked his age, and told me someone would be with me but that I should instead open him his own MINOR ACCOUNT. Either option was fine with me. After waiting 30 mins the banker told me I couldn’t do anything to add him to my account because of his age and that he couldn’t open a minor account until he was 14… THERE WERE 2 OTHER OPPORTUNITIES where this could have been mentioned to avoid me from wasting my time by phone or sitting in a branch with children. I am beyond disappointed in the MANAGERS handling of this and in the support provided by phone. This bank is supposed to be a bank for military members AND their families! The consideration for my time was non existent and the consistent misinformation is extremely unacceptable!
