  Overpriced and can't take many customers at once. They also have a bunch of the same polish colors but they could expand their colors a lot more. Was looking for a sun yellow but the closest they had was a mustard yellow and it was very ugly. The ladies were very sweet though

  I would give them 5-Stars, but because they hardly ever open on-time or close for nonsense, they get 2-Stars! Today, there's a sign on the door that states they're closed from 2-4! Why?! Last time, someone claimed that her sister locked the keys inside. Smh They lose a lot of business by closing at odd hours and not opening on-time.

  They are never open when they say they're open. They need to change the hours on their door and the ones on maps. They seem like they're always closed.

  Had a nail emergency on a weekend on this side of the water, It was early evening on a Saturday afternoon and I knew my time was running out, this location was close to where I was staying so it worked out. They were empty aside from one other patron, Because they were kind of dead I had two people working on me at once, a male did my pedicure, he did a great job, was quick, didn't cut me, and was overall pretty thorough. The woman that was removing my nails on my hands was on the phone while doing so, she was rough in a not caring soo much kind of way with removing them BUT she did apply pressure immediately when it was too much which I appreciated, I'd broken a few nails so I was hoping that they could've been soaked off but given some of them had split horizontally that wasn't an option so I kind of get it. Would I come back here? maybe, the staff seemed friendly for the most part, made small talk, the shop was clean and had a lot of little accessories for sale which was interesting.

  70$ for a basic gel set is ridiculous . Nails are really thin so they can't say they charged me for the product. They need to update their service not to mention the gel pedicure was 40$ .

  I use to praise this shop now I am disappointed! This is the third time I've been disappointed. The service and customer service has gone down. Vi the owner is frequently unavailable and she's basically the only one that does a good job. The last three times , there was someone else who did my overlay and it looked horrible. Three to four coats of polish are dumped on your nails making them look like a blob but then your told, that's your nails. Never going back. Never.

  I have been going to Hampton Nails for almost 2 years to the owner Vi. She does a great job, however as of lately the salon is not open on time, double booked for appointments, Vi doesn't show up. No way to run a business. There is always an excuse why the salon is not open, and no wonder employees are constantly leaving. I had a 10 am pedi and fill I waited until 10:20 and no one was there. I called and text Vi no response. This is the 5th time and will be the last time. I used to send everyone there I will no longer. I'm switching to another salon in Langley Square. They open on time and do a great job. I really hope this post helps, so beware of excuses after excuses....Oh so sorry I was sick, Oh so sorry my daughter was sick, Oh so sorry my dad is in the hospital (mind you her dad was at the shop), Oh so sorry not feeling well. No get your butt out of bed and do your job.

  I live right behind this salon never went so I decided to try it since it was close. The sign said open but the doors were locked I figured they may have been out to lunch I came back about an hour later still locked. I don’t understand why the sign is on stating they are open and they clearly aren’t. Bad business don’t think I’ll be going back there again, you’ll never know if they are really open or closed.

  I went and had my nails done here last Thursday...a full set and gel polish. On Friday, I returned because the polish was coming off the side of my thumb nail. Please tell me why is gel polish coming off ONE day after getting my nails done?!?! I went out of town on Friday to a formal event and on Saturday, the polish from the same nail was coming off AGAIN. So, Monday morning I called and let her know, she (Ms. Van/Vee, the owner) said to come the next day because she would be out. I returned on Wed, because I wasn't feeling good on Tuesday...and she was out a doctor appointment. So here I am at her shop on Thursday (24 October 2019 )morning at 11:30 am to get my nail repainted for the THIRD time!! The whole time I was there she was speaking another language with one of the other Asian ladies in the shop and she seemed to have an attitude. Well her attitude was confirmed, because she tells me after three days she normally charges etc. I said not for the same nail that polish came off after ONE day. She continued with next time you get nails done somewhere else...oh wow. Really, trust me I told her that was already a definite!! In addition, I had referred another girlfriend of mine here and she had actually had the same problem and I told her that. However, I thought maybe that was because my girlfriend had dip powder brushed on by her...apparently not. Avoid the hassle and find a more dependable shop who knows what they are doing the FIRST time!!!

  I made an appointment and still had to wait well after my scheduled time. I asked for Vi, bc of positive reviews here on yelp. She was nice. She was friendly. She tore my cuticles to shreds and made them bleed. She tried to tell me that I would need to remove my acrylics and have her put a new set on, I declined. She continued to tell me that I needed to stop using acrylic which is my personal preference. I didn't ask for the input. If you don't want to service acrylic nails, why do you keep the supplies on hand? My nails going in were from my previous tech, back home in Ohio. I just moved here. The quality is subpar. I always have a half moon negative space. She did this for me very poorly, smearing my red polish into the clear spaces on my nails. The tips/design were completely crooked and uneven and the polish didn't go edge to edge. I wish she would have just told me she didn't feel comfortable doing the design rather than doing a bad job. Lastly, she sanded the tops of my nails down so badly they now have ridges and dents in them rather than a smooth even layer. See pictures. It's been over a week since visiting this shop and my nails are lifting and chipping off in the fill in area.

  The first time I went was great but I tried to go again and they weren’t open but they said open on Sunday 12-5 I went at 12 the lights were on but the door was locked I tried again at 1:30 thinking maybe they had to set up but that was not the case they are unprofessional and do not know how to conduct business or answer their phone when you try to call highly dissatisfied.

  Today was the worst experience ever. They are my regular nail salon. I go every two weeks. Today though I am a repeat customer, that buys their pocketbooks and get both nail and feet done as well as refer them to others. I was treated like a bottom feeder. The young man there that rarely services me told me no from the time I sat down to the time I left. No to the color I wanted No to the two choices I wanted on my hand, no to the extra glitter and no to speak to the manager without customer present. I was advised that what I wanted was taken too long for the other customers, though politely waited for half an hour before it was my turn. After I was made to talk to the manager while she sat and did nails, she stood with him and said we have other customers. I asked was I not one and does she not know me to be a regular customer that never complains and it was all dismissed. My feelings have never been more hurt and as I left I was advised to next time make an appointment first. I am done with this salon

  Started going there the day they opened.. Had no problems until the day I Made a appointment! Had to come back because the day before they were busy...I did and WAITED 4hrs. The lady that was doing my pedicure was giving me a foot bath (water was cold) had to tell her I needed hotter water then instead of getting my ingrown nails and filling around my cuticles she just left it thinking I wouldn't notice!! No maam I want what I PAY for. If you can't do it rite no need to at all. 4hrs later I Paid $41.00 when asked it should be discounted due to her not knowing what she was doing and me WAITING.. the MALE was like no then raised his voice.. Ontop of all that..they didn't want to give me my eyebrow service they advertise for free if you spend $35.00. S.m.h will never go back again Terrible SERVICE and customer care was really shocked but once they get the bussiness they need they change anyways ...

  They be sitting in there and turn service down and cut the sign off. They say they stay open til 7 PM and will close at 6pm. I thought they were ok but my daughter said the tech cut her finger and after I left the tech wasnt friendly.

  If I could rate this place a zeroooo I would. The worst service ever. I went to get my eyebrows done and no one ever acknowledged that I was there. I asked if I could get the service and they continued to work. Very poor customer service and very very rude. Don't waste your time or money because they don't deserve it.
