Josh and his entire team is excelent to work with. They are very responsive to all of my inquiries and requests for insurance information when shopping around. They were very thorough in making sure I had the most complete coverage on my home and auto insurance. I was referred to Mrs. Kim and speaking with her she definitely sounds professional and very up to date to all the rules and legal terms to get your commercial insurance going. She is very knowledgeable and very kind as well no issues to have with her. Definitely recommend.

San Oliver for over 20 yrs has been THE BEST. Looking out for MY best interest. She was heartfelt and honest helping me figure it all out. Truly a BLESSING. And now I JUST learned she has retired as of end of 2022. I am sad! I didn’t get a chance to say “Goodbye” like missing a trusted friend.

When I first called I Had thoughts about changing from my original insurance because I thought I was getting screwed over. Everyone is super friendly!! Mara Powell is very reliable and dependable. She knows her stuff!! Marci is friendly and charismatic. Heather is warm and engaging.Ned, Mike, and Stuart are amazing business owners... Don't hesitate to call on these folks for your insurance needs!! It's like family! This company has employees who have made Morgan Marrow their forever home. It says a lot about a company whose employees begin and end their careers with the same company.. this is NOT a revolving door company.

I told them OVER A WEEK in advance that I would not continue with them, and to NOT take the payment for next month. Well, I opened up my online banking, and, lo and behold, they took the payment - which resulted in an overdraft fee! The main reason I did not continue with this company is because of the defective mobile app. When I opened it up, it was anyone's guess whether it would display the entire information for my policies. To say the least, I did not have a pleasant experience with Morgan Marrow.
