This location has some of the best sales reps. Everyone is so patient and helpful. Peter was great! He found me a plan I could afford for my family. I love that he gave me clear pricing and made things so simple. In less than 5 min I paid my bill and got a tablet with a data plan for a great price. Wonderful service. truly appreciated.

Peter was a huge help. The sales person I spoke to on the phone lied to me about being able to use our phones from tmobile. We weren't able to. Peter jumped through hoops to get the situation figured out. Long story short we stayed with tmobile due to our galaxy a54 isn't compatible with metro because metro doesn't sell these phones.

Don't deal with these people they will lie to u they told.me I had to pay 50 dollars for internet box which made me make another decision on my internet was walking by them the other day and asked person there about the.interenet.ad.he tells me u don't have to oay for the bos.dishosnet person working there stay away u can't trust them

I’m from OOT. My I-phone died. I went to the metro store off of colliseum-xing, near the food lion.The service was AMAZING! For 2 Days Mellisa and Tariq helped me file an insurance claim, purchase, set up my new phone…They were kind and really helped an old lady out?. Truly a blessing. My family says thank-you as well. Wish you every Good thing.✨

Despite my overall negative experience with metro, Omar and India were so sweet and helpful. If you need help with your service/device/whatever, go to their location at Coliseum Crossing in Hampton!! I actually almost started crying when they were helping me lol, ngl. Wish them the best in their endeavors, yall should give them a raise ?

THEY SOLD ME AN WIRELESS INTRENET TRY TO CALL BACK NO ONE PICK UP . I'LL CALL AN NOTHER METRO AND THEY SAY THEY NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE.THIS IS RUDE. I'LL NEED HELP DON'T COME TO THIS STORE. .

The little short dark hair guy has a slick tongue and has a shady demeanor not to mention rude. The big curly head guy doesn't know what he's doing. They did not give store receipt for purchase and lied about computer being broken. I'm planning on contacting corporate about this location and it's practice's and poor customer service. Especially to African Americans

Activated my phone online and put the wrong # as my sim # and I needed that changed over. The gentleman working the counter refused to help me, it wasn’t even my turn yet he had a line with about 6 people and only him working so he was just trying to get his work cut short by asking people what they needed done before even getting to the counter. He told me this while helping another customer while I was still in line!.. Didnt even TRY to check my issue.. demanding that you can’t do it online. Went to another metro and got the help I needed in less than 5 mins. All they needed to do was update my SIM card #. Never will go to this metro again.

We switched today from AT&T, Omar was Amazing & soo patience ,he gave us a great rate plan way cheaper than what we were paying at AT&T we will definitely come back and see him he have great customer service we loved the experience
