Currently there is a spam block on my phone number and my outgoing text messages are not getting delivered. I called customer service for 3 days and on the 4th day I was told it was a spam block and there was nothing that could be done, but through the network. T-Mobile said they couldnt help so the next Metro rep said she removed it and ensured the phone would work in 2hrs at max. 5 hours later it didn't work and I recalled and the supervisor put in a request to remove the block. Today I called back and was told my requested was closed out. Then, I was transferred to another supervisor who said engineering didnt know how to remove it and I can't use my phone fully until 2/25/24. They are basically telling me to wait it out. However, I never waited paying my bill, I've been on time and have 6 devices on my line, but mine is the only one not working and it took them 4 days to even see that in the computer. I've emailed corporate at this point and hoping someone can get this resolved today
