Don’t even think about going here if this was your last option!!!!! Dropped off and paid to have my alterations done on 3 dresses. ( adjustment on shoulder straps for 2 dresses, and 1 waist adjustment total was $95.00) I specifically asked if my clothing can be done within 2 days and the wife, Ms. Lee, said yes it can be done. Two days later I’m there to pick up my clothing and they can’t find it. The lady start asking me the description of my clothing and she finally found my clothes laying in a basket on the floor. No adjustment was complete. I asked to return later that day to see if the alterations could be done and was told no! I asked for compensation and was told no! Then the other owner, Mr. Lee, start yelling at me saying just come back tomorrow. Service is horrible and high cost of alterations. Never going back!!!!

I need verification from you, customers…. it was on Facebook that I saw a Hampton Councilwoman ask people where to go for dry cleaning, as Ames Cleaners had closed its doors, after 45 years. Lee’s cleaners on Mercury was the first place that was suggested, so I went there—the first and last time. The person at the counter seemed to be pulling numbers and prices from her head, not referring to a price list to calculate how much I would pay. When all was totaled, they actually charged me almost $75 for only four pieces of clothing. Two Knit sleeveless dresses (one pink, one white), one knit pink jacket, and one coat—cost me $74.79. When I returned to the store today with my husband, the counter person said “that’s just the store price. You are not special—I charge everyone this way.”  She was quite impolite as well, speaking over me, and cutting me off. I will not be returning, nor did I give her a credit card, so she wouldn’t have any information pertaining to the transaction….in actuality, I didn’t trust her with my credit card information. She asked me to sign the slip when I gave her a $100 bill, inferring my bill may be counterfeit… I believe that this is a case for the Better Business Bureau…

My husband takes his dress uniforms here and they are able to get them done by the next day. We love them so much

Those people completely scammed me. I brought it four dresses that were not even dirty just wanted them washed and pressed she quoted me a price and when I returned she added 80 more dollars be careful of them and get a clear response if price before leaving your garments

I was in a hurry and one of my buttons popped off. The owner told me to take my shirt off and he repaired it immediately. I am so impressed!

They did their job however it wasn't what I wanted I wanted a laundry service. Not dry clean. I'm to busy to do laundry dry and I just needed my stuff ran through.

Took 4 shorts in to be pressed. Did not ask for dry cleaning. I normally use Newmarket cleaners. I tried lees because I worked too late to make it to my regular girl. Lees charged me more than double what Newmarket charges me. I tried to talk to someone about the price and they pretty much told me they dry cleaned them and that’s the price. When I tried to tell them I have no control over what they wrote on ticket and I did not ask for dry cleaning. They showed me what “they wrote on ticket” , and shrugged and told me to have a nice day. Wow!!!! I am an Operation Manager and if any of my customers are not happy or there was a miscommunication, I would do anything in my power to make it right. Do yourself a favor and drive past lees and go to Newmarket.

This is the first time I am dropping off suit and jacket a to be dry cleaned. Will pickup on Monday. Then I can review this place properly.

Salesperson was rude to my daughter because she didn't have the ticket to pick up alteration and she assumed it was dry cleaning. Will be taking my business elsewhere, because what you will not do is disrespect my kids!!!!
