the biggest joke of a bank I've ever dealt with. I've been trying to resolve an issue with an auto loan and they hang up on me, cut me off during me talking completely unprofessional they even lost a months payment this bank is nothing but problems

DO NOT GO HERE. No one wants to help you, no one calls you back, you can't get ahold of anyone. They don't email you back. Go to Bayport instead, they will actually help you. I'm still waiting for that call back Rozelyn.

Impossible to get through to a representative that can speak recognizeable English. Someone should call me about a fraudulent charge on my card...after talking to 6 robots, and at least two people who I could not understand, and 2 hangups while being transferred, I am discussed with your service.

Thankful for the employees at LFCU! They are professional and member service oriented. Honestly, love my Credit Union - don’t listen to negative and bank with someone you can trust!

I have had an account for 25 plus years, but am about ready to close it. I live out of town and had a simple request to replace credit cards due to the numbers wearing off. The customer service has been absolutely horrible! I have had several mailings but with wrong names or only one credit card. None of the cards now work. I keep getting bounced around the auto-chat and or human representatives - most recently I was referred back to the original number I called 3 times. This is crazy - what has happened to the credit union?

Been a customer for a few years now. 37 years Air Force active and civil service. Did not direct deposit my last paycheck…called and got two different answers. Civilian pay (DFAS) May take ten days to resolve. NEVER HAPPENED before. Sad.

When you can talk with someone, they are courteous and helpful. However, getting someone to talk to is the problem. Phone wait times are horrendous, in-person is even worse. The mobile banking is confusing and doesn't work well. I have an auto loan, and just trying to make a monthly payment is a headache and a half. Right now, the systems are down and I was told to call in, so I did and their automated system can't comprehend that I need to make a payment with a debit card. So, she hung up on me after going through the same questions about 15 times. I have never had this much trouble trying to give someone money before. I had an appointment scheduled with their small business division, but after this continued nightmare, I have cancelled it and am trying to find someone to re-fi this loan, I don't care if I have to pay 3% more, it will be WELL worth it.

Me & my fiancé walked in this location at exactly 12:20pm the sign on the front door says that they are open on Saturday from 8:30am- 12:30pm!!! When we asked the receptionist to speak with someone about opening another checking/ savings account she told us that they were closed and to come back next week! My husband wanted to speak with a manager but I told him don’t bother we will just go to another bank or credit union that has better customer service.
