We just sold our home in the area and are moving into base housing for awhile. The entire process with the leasing office manager and also Victoria Windsell have been nothing short of amazing. Very kind people who have worked with us to get us a home we’re comfortable in. We have so much appreciation for the Langley Family Housing team. Thank you!

They will ALWAYS find a way to charge you outrageous move out fees. Left a clean house and I was still charged $175, emptied the trash can and I was still charged $50, weeding fee $40 which is valid but it was raining heavily the whole week we moved so not doable. I offered to go back and do the weeding and was told it was too late to do it even though the weeds were still there. It's quite simple; If you can, don't move into base housing.

This housing is the worse!!! taking advantage of military members PCSing to charge them $1000s of dollars in unnecessary replacement cost.

If you have issues you’ll get the run around. We asked to move because of different reasons that have police reports as proof. We were told that to move we would be charged a $1,200 convenience fee! So we’re stuck not feeling safe in our own home because they don’t want to help us out. On top of many other reasons, I’ve been super unhappy with Langley housing. The house was SUPER dirty upon moving in, nothing gets fixed correctly, we went without AC for TWO months this past summer because nobody wants to do their jobs. This happened while I was pregnant and we have a son with a serious heart condition. But that didn’t matter! It’s absolutely ridiculous the crap we’ve had to deal with here.

Arrived on time. Served on time with very friendly staff. The staff was very knowledgeable about current tax laws. We were served quickly and was highly satisfied with our return.

I’ve had two very nice maintenance people call me the past two days to change our dampers, however both calls have been around 1300 and 1400. I explained to the lady when I called in the first place that my husband works nights and I respectfully request that whenever they come they do it first thing in the morning since he’s a day sleeper. When the first gentleman called he said he’d talk to his supervisor and they’d try to arrange it, and then he called me back and said the
