I like this store, although the variety/selection has decreased recently.
What I DO NOT like is the fact that no full service checkout was open. So I had to scan my groceries, bag my groceries, and get assistance from the worker who was just standing there because the stupid machine thought I didn't scan my item.
AND THEN you charge me 75 cents to get cash back?!?
You should give me a 75 cents discount because I had to do all the work!

I don’t understand how everybody answering the phone is rude, ghetto as all get out and can’t answer questions at this location. This lady answering the phone 12:06 on Sunday Oct 6 needs to be in somebody’s McDonald’s drive thru window not in any customer service position talking to people crazy when they ask a simple question. What in the world? She literally yelled in my ear.

I appreciate the security(first he said closed I begged him ! letting me run to grab a can of dog food with only 7 min be4 12pm ,I grabbed my 2 cans of dog food and checked out and was walking out the store with 3 min till 12 !! Thanks I appreciate it for real tho! It's sad considering store closes at 12 am !

I’ve been using this Kroger location’s delivery/pick up since the pandemic and the customer service has progressively gotten worse. The delivery time windows keep getting pushed back…delivery people act like it’s too much work to bring my groceries up 7 steps... delivery order was stolen by the shopper and had to wait 3-5 days for a refund. Pick-up service is slow..

Kudos to Wayne at the Seafood counter! His professionalism and Customer Service was on point from start to finish. He kindly and expertly took care of each customer one by one with such a great demeanor despite it being busy at 4pm on a Friday afternoon. He even came from behind the counter to make sure I got what I needed when he seen me needing help finding an item. I should have posted this three weeks ago when it happened but I wanted to make sure to shout him out and give credit where it's due!

I'm going to take a minute. Review these heartless people giving one star. Because their sushi fell apart wiff chop sticks, lady having a bad day. Taking it out on the staff. She gives one star. This is pretty typical. Look at it like. This was your job..I bet you would be pissed. Someone complaining behind your back. Next time you're in the store. Take a minute. Talk to the person who works in the produce, the sushi the buggers. Find out if they knew about the issue. You're going to find out this is a great store. If you ever left This little corner of God's earth.

No ID even at the age over 65 to buy beer. Left groceries and beer with young lady who needed to see my ID. Lost it while on vacation and it is Sunday. Went to sister store, Harris Teeter. No problem and still purchased groceries. HT get it together ❤️ You are my favorite store!! (Usually)

I bought a spicy tuna roll and tried to eat it with chopsticks, but it kept falling apart. I ended up having to use my fingers and a fork. I’ve never had sushi fall apart like that in the past.
I called the manager and told her and she said that if I already ate it, there’s nothing they could do about it. Poorly made sushi roll and the same goes for Customer Service.

OK I have NEVER SEEN such a fantastic Kroger in my life! This store has the most incredible employees, IT'S CLEAN, ITEMS ARE FRESH ITS WELL ORGANIZED!! WHOEVER is the manager GM OR OWNERS YOU should be incredibly PROUD!! I live in nnk Lancaster County Virginia visit HAMPTON OFTEN for business and it's my stop for hotel items!! I WISH WE HAD A KROGER!! WE are stuck with trashy Walmart and food lion ?. ..I drive 90 minutes just to grocery shop anyway keep up the good work it definitely shows ????

It's always nice to find a Kroger and the items that you can only find in certain stores. They had all that I was seeking at this location in stock.

One of the nicer Kroger stores that is maintained better than others. The deli counter has boar's head products. The fresh seafood counter is usually busy. The in store starbucks is convenient. The frozen food section is large. The bakery has some really great selections. The vegetable and fruits section has a large variety. The sales are better than most places. Watch for bad drivers in the parking lot.

Chentina or Chintia (I'm not too sure what the spelling of her name was but she works in the customer care/money services area) is extremely rude. I walked up to the counter for a question , she completely ignored me and when I said excused me to get her attention she looked at me with an attitude like I was bothering her. She caught another attitude with me and walked away from me. There's absolutely no reason she should be working directly with customers with an attitude that horrific.
