“I am in the middle of renovating two homes and have visited Floor&Decor in Hampton multiple times within the last few weeks. Yesterday I made the decision on the items that I needed with the help of Darrian. He took the time to walk me through the store with me and was very patient as I made my final selections. He pulled all of the items that I needed and when I realized that I needed more tile, he was so patient and had no problem getting what I needed. I had to also get some grout and Dan was so kind! He took the time to show me how to find the color I needed and he pulled the items for me as well. It was such an awesome experience and it's good to see that people are so willing to help. I must also say that whenever I enter that store, I'm always greeted with a "hello" or "welcome" and a smile.
