“Nice store overall. Good selection of fabrics but not as much as larger stores. Staff is nice. I have placed multiple online orders and they were ready quickly for pick up. Unfortunately store hours are not the same as listed online said open until 9 but they were closed at 7. I should have called before I drove 20 mins to the store since is the nearest to my house. A store is needed in Suffolk.”
“The only location I really like to go to, even though it's kind of far from my house. Manger Quae' and her staff are really friendly and very helpful, more than you can imagine. They are making sure that you are happy and get what you needed before you leave. Quae' is one of the kindest people I have ever known. She is a very hard working person and always ready to help. They are a family there, not just coworkers working. I never leave there without getting what I need at a reasonable price and with perfect quality. The store is always well organized and always smelling good. Everyone who works there knows very well what and where the items are. Once you've been there, you can't go to any other locations. I highly recommend this location to anyone who wants to get good customer service, quality, and affordable prices.”

“This is a decent place to get stuff at a good deal. You will have to look through the clothes to find the right sizes and don't expect you always find the same styles and colors in one size as in another. It's a discount shop after all. But, for back to school shopping or just stopping by to grab something cute on a budget, it's a good place to check.”

“I love this place! It's so hard to find scrubs in my size with quality material and affordable price. This place has the plus size scrubs and they're the stretchy kind , not the stiff paperbag feel kind. They also have a lot of different designs. It's not usually a whole lot when I'm able to make it all the way to Newport news, but its worth the trip. It's like another Ross or TJ max if you ask me. I make the trip just for the scrubs, just wish I knew when the truck came in so I could show up right when they get the scrubs fresh in stock.”
“Growing up in a larger family, Ross has always been super inexpensive for a family of 7 and now a family of 2, still cheap! There are 3 rosses I go to, Hampton, Janaf or military highway. Hampton is by far the cleanest and most organized, always has a plus size (2x) selection and the other two are typically low to no plus size clothing. Either way, I like them all!”
