This location customer service is trash. The person in there kept giving my wife and I looks and following around as if we are gonna steal OUT OF HOLLIC out of all places we had planned on purchasing easily over 150+ but left the store due to this store customer service. It’s not that hard to make someone feel welcomed and friendly environment.
I don't understand how some of these people get hired in a service job while giving terrible service

I came in here a few days ago and felt like the Chinese lady was following me around the store. I thought I was overthinking and maybe she was just straightening out the clothes but I came back in today and the same Chinese lady was overly nice trying to sell me everything. I shopped at olive oile before I came in and had a shopping bag with a pair of jeans in it from there. I tried on some of holic’s jeans but they didn’t fit so I took them back to where I got them when I came out of the fitting room. The Chinese lady followed me and her exact words were “ are those our jeans in that bag too?” I was having too good of a day to even go there with her , so I kindly placed the jeans back where they were and decided not to purchase anything. These people always think we’re stealing yet they couldn’t survive without us. I love their clothes but I will not be disrespected. Us black people can take our business elsewhere. We don’t deserve this.

Shopper beware. This store is trash. The workers don't even know the stores non-existent return policy. The staff is rude and has no integrity. You can't return anything. You can't try anything on. The quality of the clothing is poor. If I could give a negative star I would.

Cute and affordable clothes. Customer service was nice at first until second time I went to exchange. Google states 10am open time, I arrived at 10:30am to locked doors. Went back to my car and saw an associate get out and enter the store. Tried to go into the store again and it’s still locked with no associate in sight. Ignoring me when I’m wondering what time they open. Won’t be shopping here again

Management and employees need to be on the same page and communicate in this store. One employee told me that I could exchange a dress that I purchased. Another employee told me that I could not after the dress was already purchased. The policy says no dress returns so I asked the first employee more than once if I could exchange and she told me yes. Now that I need to exchange due to the dress not fitting, I am not able to. I respect the policy, however I am upset because of the poor communication amongst the sales team. I feel as though I was swindled into purchasing the dress and although the dress is only $45 it was sold based on lie.

If I could give this place no stars I would. The management is horrible. The receipt tells you one what you cannot return and then when you get to the store they have signs posted with more things added. So I was unable to exchange a Romper I just bought the day before that had the tags and hadn’t been worn due to the add ons to the policy. I still wanted to get jean shorts that I saw only to be told as I’m paying that they will be final sale as well. Jean shorts why I asked. Because they have rhinestones on them she says. It isn’t on any policy in the store she just makes up reasons on the fly for why you can’t return or exchange your items. She owns log in a cross the street as well so I wouldn’t dare step foot in either store again!

My daughter took me in here (Greenbriar Store) and I was happy to see what I've been looking at online was in the store and a lower price. The store young employees may not have a boutique attitude but they were ok.

They have nice clothes but if you plan on trying something on you basically can't unless it's a shirt. I feel if I'm going to spend 100$ on a piece of clothing I should at least be able to try it on. Especially because it is final sale . Also if I want to get in touch with the owner of the store or whoever is over the managers I should be able to but I was told there is no way to contact anyone above the managers or whoever is in control of the store to talk to them about my experience in their store. The lady just copped an attitude and explained that she's the manager .. and that's fine just give me corporate‘s number . But apparently she was all of the above... so I did not have a good experience at Hollic at all 🙅 â€â™€ï¸. I personally just wouldn't shop there simply because the customer service was trash.
