Matt is the real MVP! We had reservations with 2 other rental car companies. They both failed us and we had no rental for our trip that we were now late for. Then here comes Matt for the win and the great customer service!! We will definitely be back and recommend our friends to the Hampton Hertz too.

Aniya front desk clerk has the worse customer service in the whole rental car industry. I don’t how she got the job unless it was a hookup from a friend she knows. She has an automatic attitude for no reason, talk fast, snatched my debit card, rolls eyes at you for asking questions and she’s getting paid to do all that by hertz. It’s clear that she hates her job but will not admit it so instead she gives everyone hell that walks thru the door. If you want to do business with a good person wait until Aniya the monster is gone. I would just advise go to enterprise rental car you will have a better all around experience. I promise.Do Not Use These people. Find somewhere else.

Horrible customer service. Horrible cars. They gave us a car with ALL 4 tires having a low tread count. Low to the point of replacement. Our rental caught a flat as you could imagine. The tire shop replaced the tire and told us about the bad tires. Then also found an issue with the accelerator. I had to wait 4 hours for a replacement car and the replacement car they gave me had tires with low tread count. Then when I return the rental the rep was rude and acted like she couldn’t help then said she would have her manager call. Still haven’t heard back from the manager. They did not reimburse us for the horrible experience. I called the customer service line and was told the same thing, a manager would call me back. Have not received a call back. If you want to rent a car, literally any other rental company would do you justice.

I would give them a zero but I couldn’t. This business had a contract with Hampton Collision to rent a car for me while Hampton Collision fixed my car. I returned the car on May 2, 2023. At that time I receive a receipt that stated I owed $0 and Hampton Collision was responsible for the rental contract. On May 26, 2023….. this Hertz charged my credit card for the complete amount of the rental. When I called about these charges I was told that they couldn’t get Hampton Collidion to pay so they charged me!!!! And then they hung up the phone - I called back but they did not answer my call!!! I didn’t have a contract with them - Hampton Collision did! This is fraud and I am filing fraud charges against this business!!!!

Very friendly guy but such a hectic experience. Not sure if I'll be back this was my 1st time wit Hertz. I really liked the vehicle I rented but jus the hassle almost made me cancel trip. Then when I returned my car smh I was treated like an inconvenience from a different employee. Jus too much attitude and rudeness for working in the public.

Hampton Collision Body Shop had a contract with Hertz for me to have a car while the body shop was fixing my car. To make a long story short . . . I returned the car on May 2, 2023 and have a receipt that states that I owed $0.00 and Hampton Collision was responsible for the bill. On May 26, Hertz charged my account for the rental. When I called about the charge - I was told from the sales person that they couldn't get Hampton Collision to pay the bill so they charged my account! This is fraud and Capital One will file fraud charges against Hertz.

It's the worst car rental place ever. We get there at the time we reserved online, and the doors are locked. Apparently, there is only one person working there. I guess, just like a lot of places that are understaffed. I don't know. The guy eventually pulls up, and he's very disconnected. He's dressed professionally but not professional. He's short, not willing to answer questions. He kept cutting my husband off when my husband was trying to explain to him who he booked the rental through. He was kind of rude. I wish I knew his name. Medium height black man. Looked very distinguished but his attitude didn't match. We'll never rent through them again. We found a better place were we can rent people's car called Turo, which is much cheaper and you don't have to go through the rudness or have to have a 500 hold to rent a rental. Obserd.

The most horrible people Ive ever met, the girl working there is absolutely rude! I had a reservation for a car and when I arrive there she refused to give me the car and asked me to leave the place!I had already paid and didnt have an alternative transportation method and I was traveling between cities. It was awful experience and I will never rent from Hertz after this treatment!I will make sure to leave bad reviews everywhere I could

Very poor experience with this Hertz. I reserved a Tesla on Wednesday 3/8/23 for 2:00 pm. I arrived there at 1:45 pm to pick it up. There was only one woman that was working behind the desk and she was not very friendly. I stood there for about 20 mins while she was behind the desk working on something with another customer. She never even acknowledged me or asked what I needed or anything. There was one customer that came in behind me that was returning the one Tesla that I saw I told her that I was renting one for 2:00 and she said that is strange because I am returning this one early I was not supposed to give it back until 5. So I got lucky because I guess had it not been for her giving it back early I would not have got it. Because that is the Tesla that I got. When the lady finally got to me it was 2:30 she did not care that it was 30 min past my time. Very unfriendly experience. I did not get to leave until 3:00 pm which made us late and also did not get the Tesla clean or on a full charge. I would avoid this hertz location.

My experience was horrible. The rental process was handled improperly. Moreover, the branch manager is disrespectful and very rude.
