I worked here for a hot second. The reason it was a hot second was because they did not want to pay and/or pay on time. While there may not be much positivity in posting this, I would like to give my point of view, as I truly believe employees in physical therapy especially need to speak up for themselves consistently. I find this field is filled with a lot of people pleasers that are scared to rock the boat, leading employers to abusive and disrespectful action.

We used them about 18 months ago - though they frequently had to change the schedule, they always called in advance if that was the case. At least the nurses that came here were friendly and caring. My experience with them was not at all the nightmare some of the others have posted here. Just my 2 cents.

I left my job once I was hired here and come to find out there was not any money being made to be able to pay the employees. If I could give this place a negative 10 I would..ALL AROUND IS A BAD COMPANY. The people that work there are amazing but business is horrible....

PT didn"t show up until day 4, (supposed to be 1-2 business days) for supervisor of PT to inform me my knee will be stiff forever if we don't get it to bend within 2 weeks. Supposed to have 3 weekly PT sessions, agency doesn't have the manpower. Screwed up my in home release date, fighting with Insurance company to be able to go to outpatient PT. Incompetent and unresponsive staff.

Totally unprofessional just want to get paid to come to do no more than what they have to no compassion not dedicated to their work in and out within 10-15 minutes tops these people need to be under investigation or have more training or skill license nurses behind this company because it is a disgrace and when you call the supervisor or their 24-hour on-call number there's no response there's no answer and no call back in a certain amount of time that you call I am so totally unhappy it will never use their services ever again thank God for reviews and rates you get to see what you get before you get it!

This been this is the most unprofessional home health care service I have ever encountered. Phone calls are not returned in a timely manner if at all, talk about no accountability for their inactions on the administrative side as well as placing blame on case manager and doctor office for not doing things they themselves should be doing. The nurses we had were fine overall.

I would give you a zero if I could. You guys are definately not 24 hours of care. You do not care about your patients. If you did it wouldn't take so long for you to return a phone call to only tell me no nurse is available. Called twice and you said no nurse was available. Then you guys tell the hospital you dont want my sister back who has been through hell since having surgery for stage 4 colon cancer at 40 years old. Guess what we wouldn't have you back. I have worked in the medical profession for years and you are a very unprofessional company and should not advertise you are 24 hours of care because that is definately false advertisment.

The most unprofessional, cold hearted, unstructured, rude health care services you can ever receive.
